Justin Bieber fans were treated to a free, unannounced concert yesterday.

In advance of his performance tomorrow night at the MTV Video Music Awards, the teen singing sensation rehearsed outdoors for close to two hours near the Staples Center in L.A. Not everything, however, went smoothly.

The Boston Celtics were up 3 games to 2 in the NBA Finals before Christina Aguilera sang the National Anthem on Tuesday at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. But shortly after her rendition of the “Star Spangled Banner,” the Lakers began to trounce the Celtics to tie up the series. Tonight is the seventh and deciding game of the series, and the Lakers have tapped Aguilera to sing the “Star Spangled Banner” again. Like the Lakers, do you believe she’s their good luck charm?
