There’s been rampant speculation in the last 24 hours as to whether Shaquillle O’Neal is engaged to former reality star Nicole “Hoopz” Alexander. The rumor stems from a column in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, which cited a restaurant owner who was shocked when O’Neal came to his restaurant last week and seemingly proposed.
