Kristen Stewart, Ashley Greene and Nikki Reed are among the stars added to Scream 2010.

They’ll be joined by Megan Fox, Alexander Skarsgard, Mickey Rourke, Chris Hemsworth and Marilyn Manson, in addition to previously announced celebs like Sigourney Weaver and Aaron Eckhart.

There will also be a tribute to the end of “Lost” and a musical performance by M.I.A.

Sandra Bullock made a surprise appearance last night at Spike TV’s Guys Choice Awards, held at the Sony Pictures Studios in Los Angeles.

It was the Oscar-winner’s first public appearance since news broke of Jesse James’ infidelities and her adoption of son Louis.

Bullock was on hand at the awards to accept the “Troops Choice” Award for Entertainer of the Year. Check out what she said!

Kristen Stewart Rumors Will Not Die: Gossip Cop Wants to ‘Scream’

When Gossip Cop confirmed – for the third time – that Kristen Stewart didn’t participate in Scream 2009, we thought that’d be the end of it. After all, the only “evidence” to the contrary was that Stewart happened to fly from Vancouver to Los Angeles on the same day the awards show taped. Everything else – official statements, unofficial statements, the fact Stewart didn’t attend the ceremony – seemed to suggest she would not be a part of it. Never underestimate the stubbornness of bad gossip.
