Spooky! Halloween got off to a frightening start last night when Heidi Montag hosted a party at the Las Vegas club Pure. Spencer Pratt, who was not a host, dressed as some kind of alien, while the surgically enhanced Montag simply wore a gold dress. What’s scarier – that Montag and Pratt are a couple again or that a club is still paying “The Hills” star to host parties?
