Lindsay Lohan had her probation revoked on Wednesday, and the troubled actress will learn in court next month whether she’s being sent back to jail.

The actress did not appear for the arraignment in Los Angeles on charges stemming from an incident last June, when Lohan crashed her Porsche on the Pacific Coast Highway and then allegedly lied to police.

Lindsay Lohan, via her attorney Shawn Holley, entered a no contest plea this morning, as expected. And the actress has applied to serve her sentence under house arrest with a monitoring device, as is common practice with non-violent misdemeanor offenders.

How many days – if any – Lohan will spend behind bars is now up to the Los Angeles County’s Sheriff’s Department, which oversees the jails.
