Shaun White has apologized for the wild, drunken behavior that led to his arrest in Nashville over the weekend.

As Gossip Cop reported, the snowboarding star was busted on Sunday after allegedly pulling a fire alarm and trashing property at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, then allegedly attacking someone who tried to stop him from fleeing — all before injuring himself in the ensuing chase.

On Tuesday, White issued an apology on Facebook.

For the first time in six years, “American Idol” got beat.

According to overnight Nielsen ratings, the Winter Olympics on NBC destroyed Fox’s talent show colossus head-to-head. In the hour when the two programs were against each other, 30.1 million people chose to watch the athletic action in Vancouver, compared to 18.4 million for “Idol.”

The Olympics became the first show to beat “American Idol” in the same hour in six years.
