The paper says Parker was overheard “griping to another prospective panelist about the better things she had to do than cool her heels in Manhattan federal court,” and reportedly had a few excuses why she couldn’t serve. However, Parker NEVER tried to get out of jury duty, and even tells Gossip Cop that she’s “one of the few who enjoys jury duty.”
