Sean Kingston is reportedly being sued by a Miami landlord who alleges the performer caused thousands of dollars in damage and then broke a rental agreement.

The “Beautiful Girls” singer and his mother rented a $25,000-per-month mansion in the city until last October, at which point the landlord claims they abruptly took off two months before the lease expired, allegedly leaving behind $21,397 in damages to the property.

Sean Kingston has been released from the hospital after a frightening jet ski accident left him in critical condition over Memorial Day Weekend.

The “Beautiful Girls” singer – who reportedly sustained a broken jaw, fractured wrist and water on his lungs – left Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami on Tuesday.

The singer says he’s “feeling a lot better!”

Kingston posted a picture of himself giving the peace sign, and told followers: “GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!”

“His condition has been upgraded to serious. Sean is breathing on his own and walked for the first time this morning,” his rep tells us in a statement.

“Sean thanks his friends, family and fans for their outpouring of prayers and well wishes.”

The performer was badly hurt in a jet skiing accident over Memorial Day Weekend.
