Mel Gibson is again in an L.A. court, working out custody and visitations issues with Oksana Grigorieva over their daughter Lucia, confirms a source close to the actor.

We’re told Gibson is meeting with Judge Scott Gordon in the hopes of getting close to an equal amount of time as Grigorieva has with the little girl.

Oprah Winfrey’s interview of Oksana Grigorieva apparently has fallen though.

Last week, the talk show queen snagged the highly sought sit-down with Mel Gibson’s estranged ex, but it has reportedly been “postponed indefinitely.”
