Justin Bieber helped his manager Scooter Braun celebrate his 30th birthday at the Music Box in L.A. on Saturday, along with a slew of other stars such as Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton and Mary J. Blige.

Usher kicked off the party by performing, “DJ Got Us Falling in Love,” (which The Biebs accompanied with his amazing dance moves).

A few days ago we reported that Justin Bieber’s stage crew refused to go to Japan for two concerts scheduled later this month over fears of radiation from the recent nuclear disaster.

The crew argued it was unsafe to visit the country for the planned May 17 and May 19 shows in Osaka and Tokyo. But a defiant Bieber tweeted not long ago, “We are going to JAPAN!” What do you think of Bieber’s decision to perform in Japan?

Justin Bieber is currently trapped in his hotel in Liverpool, England as frenzied fans outside have caused a “possible riot situation.”

Police are in the streets to calm the crowds and have reportedly warned Bieber that they’ll arrest him for inciting a riot if he or his entourage go to their balcony.
