Paz de la Huerta of “Boardwalk Empire” has pleaded guilty to harassing “The City” star Samantha Swetra.

Back in March, the actress threw a glass at Swetra’s leg, and pummeled the reality star in the face during a party at the Standard Hotel in New York.

Paz de la Huerta of “Boardwalk Empire” has been charged with assault for allegedly attacking “The City” star Samantha Swetra in New York last month.

De la Huerta was hit with five misdemeanor charges, including two counts of third degree assault, criminal possession of a weapon, attempted assault and harassment, the Manhattan District Attorney’s office confirms to Gossip Cop.

Paz de la Huerta of “Boardwalk Empire” has been arrested after allegedly attacking “The City” star Samantha Swetra.

The bloody incident went down at The Standard Hotel in New York on Sunday night.

According to multiple sources, de la Huerta was unsteady on her feet and became enraged after Swetra, who was with a group that included Lindsay Lohan, joked about her intoxication.

De la Huerta reportedly threw a drink glass at Swetra’s leg and punched the reality TV star in the face.
