‘Little Fockers’ Had a Merry Christmas at the Box Office

Leading the pack this holiday weekend was “Little Fockers.”

Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro’s latest family dysfunction earned $34 million, beating out two Jeff Bridges movies for #1.

Bridges’ “True Grit” took second place with $25.6 million, followed by his film, “TRON: Legacy,” which secured third with $20.1 million. What did you see this holiday weekend?

Sandra Bullock made a surprise appearance last night at Spike TV’s Guys Choice Awards, held at the Sony Pictures Studios in Los Angeles.

It was the Oscar-winner’s first public appearance since news broke of Jesse James’ infidelities and her adoption of son Louis.

For close to a year now, a number of top celebrities have been mentioned for the possible lead in Martin Scorsese’s biopic about Frank Sinatra.

Among the names thrown out in the past were Leonardo DiCaprio, Johnny Depp and George Clooney.

But now, according to reports everywhere, including one picked up by MTV, Scorsese is “on record as saying that he’d like Al Pacino for the Sinatra role and Robert De Niro for the crooner’s longtime collaborator, Dean Martin.” So, is it going to happen?
