Britney Spears has just made a very special announcement.

The singer, who turned 29 today, says that she will be releasing her new album in March.

“I’m almost done with my new album and it will be coming out this March.  I AM IN L-O-V-E WITH IT!” the birthday girl tweeted.

After declaring the good news, Spears took to blasting those who spread bad rumors about her and boyfriend Jason Trawick yesterday.

She tweeted, “Ok, off on a romantic weekend with Jason for my birthday.”

But before Spears left for her trip, she added one last thing:

“PS – Star Magazine, Radar Online, Jason Alexander and the rest of you liars, Ya’ll can kiss my lily white southern Louisiana ass!”

“Katy Perry and Russell Brand‘s honeymoon in the Maldives didn’t go exactly as planned,” begins a piece on RadarOnline, which goes on to claim, “the new bride was bitten by a spider their first day there, dampening the mood for the newlyweds.”

Really?

According to the site, “After a spider bit Perry shortly after the pair arrived in the Maldives, the I Kissed A Girl singer developed a nasty rash on her legs, which led to her taking a medication that left her tired, drowsy and unable to consummate the marriage.”

Really?

NO.

Perry was NOT bitten by a spider.

The singer now even tweeted, “I’ve not been bitten by a spider. I’ll file this 1 in the ever growing cabinet of false information that has been at it’s PEAK as of late.”

Shortly after Perry wed in India, Gossip Cop debunked a series of ridiculous reports, including one about Brand buying his wife a tiger as a wedding gift.

“EXCLUSIVE:  Reggie Bush not invited to Kim Kardashian‘s 30th birthday party,” screams a headline on RadarOnline.

The reality star, who will celebrate her milestone at Tao in Las Vegas on Friday, “has snubbed Reggie,” according to the outlet’s source, “because she doesn’t want the attention it would bring.”

This news is somehow shocking to the site, which last week reported that Kardashian and Bush were rekindling their romance, a rumor which Gossip Cop promptly shot down.

Nevertheless, in today’s piece, Radar further quotes its source as saying, “As much as [Kardashian] would want Reggie to share in her birthday celebration, it would become a talking point, plus he is injured, so it was decided they would mark the occasion at another time.”

And “another time” would be when? A week from… never?

A Kardashian pal tells Gossip Cop the Radar story “doesn’t even make sense,” since she and Bush “are not friends.”

The most awkward “American Idol” audition in history might take place later this month.

Jennifer Lopez‘s ex-husband, Ojani Noa, will stand in line for the chance to perform for her and the rest of the judging panel.

Seriously.

Noa’s manager Ed Meyer confirms the plan to Gossip Cop, and further claims that Radar and E! will be on hand. He added TMZ will also have a live stream of the humiliation, er, audition.

“He’s a good singer,” Meyer says of Noa, who was Lopez’s first husband in the late 1990s.

As for the small matter of Noa’s eligibility – he’s eight years older than the upper age limit – Meyer doesn’t seem concerned.

“They let that ‘Pants on the Ground’ guy go on.”

So, what song will he sing?

A Lopez tune, of course, which Meyer says will be determined by “blogs.”

“After a year together, Renee Zellweger and Bradley Cooper have decided to take the leap from being boyfriend and girlfriend to man and wife, Star has learned.”

It’s those last three words that should give any hopeful caterers and florists serious, serious doubt.

According to the tabloid — which once wrongly insisted Cooper was cheating on Zellweger — the couple is “ready” to tie the knot, and the magazine “has all the details on the dream wedding.”

Actually, Star has no details, like even knowing where or when this “wedding” will take place. Zellweger and Cooper have “considered” a ceremony in Los Angeles… but they are “leaning toward” marrying in Manhattan or the Hamptons.

Maybe Star should toss in a fourth location just to be safe.

As for when the ceremony will occur, the couple is ”keeping the date hush-hush, but she’s already busy with the preparations.”

Interesting that Star should mention “preparation,” because it seems like the tab only prepared for this story by glancing at the rumor that Zellweger was looking at wedding dresses in West Hollywood, which Gossip Cop debunked more than a week ago.

No plans are in place for Zellweger and Cooper to wed. As reps for both stars told People, the couple is not engaged.

Jodie Foster‘s side presents a very different picture of the incident at The Grove.

A rep for the actress tells Gossip Cop the individual Foster confronted “was a professional paparazzi” who had a “large camera bag with 1,000 mm lens.”

As for the nature of their interaction, Foster’s camp claims the alleged paparazzo “tailed her from the movie theater to the parking lot, crowding her and taking pictures of her and [her] kids the whole way.”

“It scared the kids and she told him to cut it out.”

A teenage boy has accused Jodie Foster of attacking him, according to a report.

Foster allegedly roughed up the 17-year-old in the parking lot at The Grove in Los Angeles on May 29. The boy’s father tells RadarOnline, “Jodie pushed and shoved him leaving scratches and bruises on his arm.”

A police report citing battery and bodily force indicates the alleged incident occurred early that afternoon.

According to the alleged victim’s father, the boy was attending a movie with his girlfriend when he saw Foster and approached her to take a photograph.

The Oscar winner reportedly “came after him,” poking his chest and asking, “Do you even have a mother you slime ball?”

Police did not respond at the scene.

“Renee Zellweger Shopping For A Wedding Dress?” asks RadarOnline, which further probes, “Is Renee Zellweger about to come (sic) a blushing bride for a second time?”

RadarOnline creates speculation because the Oscar-winner was recently spotted at the Carolina Herrera boutique in L.A., and “after she entered the store,” writes the site, “a rack of gorgeous wedding dresses was wheeled by.”

Ooh.

So, is that all their proof?

Oh no, RadarOnline has a lot better than that.

“When the Cold Mountain star left the store, she was carrying a long garment in a zippered bag,” adds the blog.

And there’s more…

Zellweger didn’t respond to the paparazzi when asked “if she was getting married” to Bradley Cooper.

So let’s recap: Zellweger didn’t want to talk to paparazzi after shopping at a boutique, where a rack of wedding dresses were “wheeled by,” though she didn’t necessarily even look at them as they whizzed past her.

Brace yourselves, but her rep confirmed that Zellweger did, in fact, buy off the rack… “just clothes,” not a wedding dress.

Two days before Christmas, MediaTakeOut declared that Khloe Kardashian was pregnant.

She wasn’t. Gossip Cop busted it.

This week, as excitement builds about the imminent fake birth of Kardashian’s first fake baby, RadarOnline decided to jump in the game, setting off a whole new wave of rumors with its “exclusive” report that Kardashian and hubby Lamar Odom are now expecting.

According to the site, Kardashian is two months pregnant.

“Khloe was inspired by [sister] Kourtney having a baby,” explains a Radar “source” close to the family. Lamar is “happy and ecstatic,” as is the entire family, which is “elated by the news.”

Odom and the Kardashians are probably less than elated to have sites spreading speculation about a pregnancy — when it isn’t accurate.

At last night’s Los Angeles Lakers game, Kardashian rejected the rumor that she’s pregnant, claiming, “I’m just fat.” Her mom Kris Jenner and brother Rob Kardashian echoed the theme.

According to RadarOnline, TV star Bethenny Frankel gave birth to a boy on Friday.

Back in reality, where Gossip Cop chooses to live, Frankel gave birth to a girl on Saturday.

Frankel and husband Jason Hoppy welcomed daughter Bryn at 8:00 this morning, her representative has confirmed.

Committed to getting every single detail wrong, Radar also reports that the new arrival weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces. Bryn actually weighs 4 pounds, 12 ounces, but is fortunately perfectly healthy.

One glaring sign the site had no clue what it was talking about: It did not know the newborn’s name, simply referring to her as “Baby Hoppy.”

Uh huh.

If Radar needs help understanding the difference between boys and girls, Gossip Cop is more than happy to discuss it.

In the meantime, we wish Frankel, Hoppy and their new baby daughter well.

“EXCLUSIVE: Charlie Sheen & Wife Reach Secret Financial Divorce Deal” reads a headline from RadarOnline today.

The site goes on to claim, “The marriage is over, they no longer live together, and now Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have reached a secret financial deal for their impending divorce.”

“Brooke has a prenuptial agreement that she’s not happy with and while she has threatened divorce previously,” reports RadarOnline, “this time she’s finally had enough.”

RadarOnline further notes, “They’ve agreed on a payout to dissolve the marriage. Brooke will walk away with a substantial amount of money,” though “not a fortune,” says an unnamed “friend,” who adds, “It’s not everything she wanted. It’s not even close. But it’s enough.”

Not so fast, say reps for Mueller and Sheen.

According a statement released from both sides: “They are not seeking a divorce nor has one been contemplated. There has been no financial agreements between the parties of any sort. Stories to the contrary are false.”

A former employee of Jesse James was also his alleged mistress, and sued him for sexual harassment before settling out of court in 2007 for a large sum, according to a new report.

Merilee Gerth worked at West Coast Choppers and allegedly ended an affair with James that led to her firing and the lawsuit. Emails obtained by RadarOnline.com show James engaging in sexual conversation with Gerth, a former topless dancer who “looks like all of Jesse’s other mistresses,” according to a Radar source.

Gerth’s “friend” tells the site that she hired Gloria Allred and sued for harassment after calling this off with James in mid-2007. Armed with “irrefutable evidence” of the affair, Gerth supposedly settled out of court for more than six figures.

Reports claiming serial infidelity on the part of Sandra Bullock‘s husband have filled tabloids since Michelle “Bombshell” McGee went public last month.

A couple of days ago, Dr. Drew Pinsky told RadarOnline if Lindsay Lohan “were my daughter, I would pack her car full with illegal substances, send her on her way, call the police, and make sure she was arrested. I would make sure she was not allowed to get out of jail. I would then go to the judge and make sure she was ordered to a minimum of a three year sobriety program.”

Dr. Drew, expressing concern for Lohan’s well being, added, “I hope Lindsay gets help before something terrible happens.”

In exclusive statements to Gossip Cop, Lohan reacted: “He’s a quack and a sell-out… Please tell him to stop!”

Lohan went on to claim she’s not out of control. “I’m fine,” said the actress, “I don’t get what’s wrong with people.”

RadarOnline again lays claim to an exclusive, this time that Liev Schreiber and Naomi Watts “are going through a rough patch.”

According to a so-called source, “It’s a total clash of the egos between the two of them… Liev would like Naomi to take more of a back seat when it comes to her career, he wants to be the major star and breadwinner and he would like her to be more of a stay at home mom.”

However, says this same supposed source, Watts “loves being an actress, and loves the validation she gets from the fans and the critics.”

Adds Radar’s alleged source: “They’re kind of in a no win situation and basically at a stalemate, neither side wants to budge or compromise… they no longer love each other.”

Wow, these are strong claims.

And wow, there’s nothing to back up any of this.

It’s true couples occasionally clash, but Gossip Cop checked around and there’s little to support this “clash of egos” or that they’re “at a stalemate” and “no longer love each other.”

Furthermore, a rep for Schreiber responded by calling the story “ridiculous” and “false.”

Once again, HollywoodLife has put more spin on a story than a forehand by Andy Roddick.

In a piece that the site lifted (and misinterpreted) from RadarOnline, HollywoodLife serves up the theory that Elin Nordegren’s recent attendance at the Sony Ericsson tennis matches in Miami is her way of asserting herself, and that she told Tiger Woods he was “not invited.”

HollywoodLife writes, “Not inviting Tiger to watch tennis shows that you’re the one in control of your relationship!”

That’s where HollywoodLife drops the ball. According to the original Radar piece, she left Orlando to go to Miami, and while there she took in the tennis matches.

Nordegren didn’t go to the tennis matches to prove anything to Woods or assert her “control.” Nordegren, who has attended dozens of tennis matches over the years, simply wanted the see the Justine Henin-Kim Clijsters match as well as the Andy Roddick-Rafael Nadal set while she was in Miami.

No battle over “control.”

Simply an interest in tennis matches.

In fact, the only independent thing here is that Nordegren’s presence at the tennis matches is completely independent of the marital issues she has with Woods, who is currently focusing on the Masters, which begin this week.

Just another bad shot by the aces at HollywoodLife.

“Adding even more drama to Jesse James (sic) serial cheating during his marriage to Sandra Bullock,” reports RadarOnline.com “exclusively,” James impregnated one of his mistresses.

Whoa, that’s a pretty sensational scoop!

“Jesse got a mistress pregnant,” the site’s so-called “source” says. “Jesse knew about it.”

So which mistress was it? Bombshell McGee? Skittles Valentine?

Um, Radar doesn’t seem to know.

OK, well when did the pregnancy occur?

The site fails to mention that, too.

Where is the child?

Radar’s “source” claims the woman never gave birth.

Um, can the site provide any details whatsoever?

[crickets]

It’s not exactly an “exclusive” if all of the relevant specifics are left as “fill in the blank.”

Jesse James certainly derailed his life with shocking, inexcusable behavior, but the party that’s really “adding even more drama” here… is Radar itself.

“EXCLUSIVE: Paula Abdul To Star In Broadway Show,” screamed a headline from RadarOnline, which went on to claim, “The former American Idol judge is going to make her Broadway debut in the 2008 Tony Award winning musical, In The Heights.”

The site quoted a so-called “inside source” as saying, “Paula will take over for Priscilla Lopez in one of the leading roles. It’s always been Abdul’s dream to star on Broadway.”

Very interesting, but not very factual.

Gossip Cop reached out to the producers of the show, and was told straight up, “It isn’t true.”

Gossip Cop is scratching our head right now over a RadarOnline story that’s titled, “EXCLUSIVE: Lindsay Lohan Texts Ailing Dad In Hospital: ‘OMG. Hope You Are Okay.’”

In the piece, Michael Lohan, who recently underwent an angioplasty, told Radar from his hospital bed, “I got a text message from Lindsay which read: ‘OMG. Hope you are okay.’”

The reason this intrigued Gossip Cop is that on Tuesday night, we were the first to inform Lindsay Lohan of her father’s heart ailment and trip to the hospital.

After reading the Radar story, we contacted Lindsay to apologize for being the ones to first break the news of her dad’s hospitalization to her, but that we saw she reached out to him.

Not so fast.

Lindsay, whose personal life and conversations have become public because her dad secretly recorded phone calls with her and her mother, actually did NOT contact her father.

In response to our mentioning the Radar “exclusive,” Lindsay told Gossip Cop she “didn’t” contact Michael Lohan at all.

More head scratching…

“Lindsay Lohan has a new Sam in her life,” writes RadarOnline, claiming it is exclusively reporting that “European model Sam Webb is the new man in Lindsay’s life.”

According to the site, Lohan is “looking for projects that are based in England so she can be near him.”

It seems like yesterday Gossip Cop was debunking this rumor.

Actually, it was five days ago.

This non-exclusive tale was first floated by X17, which said it had the “impression she’s been dating him for a while now.”

Despite reports, Lohan is NOT entangled with this Webb.

Lohan told Gossip Cop, “He’s been a friend for years.”

Without furnishing any specific time or place where Ronson was allegedly “violent” with Lohan, RadarOnline quotes an unnamed source saying, “One time I saw her [Lindsay] and she had a large welt on her head… She told me that Sam beat the (bleep) out of her… She also said that Sam even punched and choked her one time.”

Again, there isn’t a single detail, just a so-called “source” making allegations.

When Gossip Cop contacted Lohan last week about an equally erroneous story about Ronson punching her in the mouth, the actress told us exclusively, “None of that is true.”

And Lohan called these current, even more vague assertions “BS.”

HollywoodLife seems to be taking a page out of the Perez Hilton handbook, being both late and wrong.

“Joe Simpson Crashes Nick Lachey’s Super Bowl Bash: ‘Nick Doesn’t Know I’m Here!’” screams the headline of a piece on HollywoodLife today, a false rumor that Gossip Cop debunked yesterday.

Oops.

Nevertheless, HollywoodLife writes, “Can you imagine how awkward it would be if your ex’s dad snuck into a party you were hosting?”

No, we couldn’t. And Nick Lachey didn’t have to either because, despite reports, Joe Simpson did NOT crash the 98 Degrees singer’s party.

While it’s true Simpson was at the Eden Roc hotel, where Lachey held the bash, an individual connected to the event assured Gossip Cop, Simpson “was not in the party.”

HollywoodLife similarly fumbled this Super Bowl weekend when it picked up a RadarOnline story that claimed Lindsay Lohan threw a drink at Samantha Ronson at the Crown Bar in L.A. on Wednesday.

Like Perez, HollywoodLife doesn’t fact-check too much. Otherwise they would have known — as Gossip Cop reported yesterday – Lohan NEVER threw a drink at Ronson, and it would have been impossible anyway since Crown Bar is NEVER open on Wednesdays.

Oops (again).

“EXCLUSIVE: Lindsay Lohan Throws Drink In Samantha Ronson‘s Face!” screams a headline today on RadarOnline.

The site then boasts that it “has exclusively learned the twosome got into a bitter, heated fight Wednesday night, which culminated in Lohan throwing a drink in Ronson’s face!”

“Sam was working her usual weekly gig DJing at Crown bar,” says a so-called “eyewitness to the altercation,” who adds, “Lindsay turned up around 11 pm and she was in the mood for trouble!”

Really?

According to Radar’s source,”Lindsay was trying to get Sam’s attention, but she was working and studiously ignored Lindsay. You could see Lindsay getting more and more worked up the more Sam didn’t pay her any attention. At one point Lindsay was dirty dancing with this really pretty girl right in front of Sam, obviously to try and make her jealous.”

The blog then states Ronson began to taunt Lohan by saying things like, “You’re a disgrace,” which the “eyewitness” claims, “made Lindsay just totally flip out on Sam. She picked up a drink and threw it straight in her face! Sam was absolutely furious and picked up some DJ equipment that was by her and threw that at Lindsay. It was crazy!”

No, this story is crazy.

This NEVER happened. Not a word of it.

(And it got picked up EVERYWHERE, including by Perez Hilton who not only never fact-checks his stories, but also now steals Gossip Cop‘s exclusives without crediting us.)

First of all, doesn’t it strike anyone as odd that Lohan, who’s constantly under the microscope, goes to a super hip hangout and only one person sees this alleged tossed drink incident?

But more than just defying logic, this tale defies reality.

A source connected to Crown confirms to Gossip Cop, the “story is false.”

Oh one more thing… If you’re going to fabricate a story about a high-profile person chucking a drink at another high-profile person – and still maintain that you have the only eyewitness — it’s best to make sure the joint where the alleged incident happened is actually open that night.

Poor Radar is off again. As noted above, the site reported the “twosome got into a bitter, heated fight Wednesday night,” but Crown “isn’t even open on Wednesday,” said a source connected to the venue.

Oops. Actually, big OOPS.

For the record, Ronson deejays on Sunday nights — and it didn’t happen then either.

Widespread reports that Casey Johnson was buried on Sunday are false, Gossip Cop has learned. 

Yesterday RadarOnline claimed, “Casey Johnson was laid to rest Sunday. The Johnson & Johnson heiress, who was found dead in her rented Los Angeles home January 4, was buried at a New Brunswick, NJ cemetery.”

The article went on to say, “Casey’s close friend Nicky Hilton attended the memorial hosted by Casey’s devastated dad, New York Jets owner Robert Johnson… Not present was Casey’s girlfriend at the time of her death, Tila Tequila.”

News of Johnson’s burial was then picked up by outlets around the world, none of which bothered to fact-check the story.

Gossip Cop, however, spoke to a Johnson family source, who told us, “She hasn’t been buried, there’s been no funeral.” The insider added that RadarOnline had been told it wasn’t true, and yet went with the story anyway.

We hear that because of these inaccurate stories, the generally private Johnson is likely to issue a statement after Casey Johnson is actually buried.

Mixing and matching big celebrity names in claims of romantic encounters has never been sillier than on RadarOnline.com this morning.

The story making waves has Robert Pattinson and Katy Perry getting “up close and personal” last night at a mutual friend’s birthday party at Dimples Supper Club in Burbank, California. “The two superstars looked to be more than just good friends,” the site whispers in a “world exclusive” barely worth the digital code it’s printed on.

So what happened? Well, Pattinson and Perry went to Dimples with a large group of friends, there was some karaoke, at some point they were seen face to face and giggling, and eventually they left, with another friend, in Perry’s car.

That’s it.

Oh, and there’s video! Video of Pattinson smoking and chatting with a bunch of people, then walking to the parking lot with Perry and several other friends. When they get to the vehicle, he climbs into the back seat while someone else sits next to Perry.

Yet Radar has the audacity to title this video: “Rob Pattinson and Katy Perry’s Flirty Fun!”

Flirty fun? Um, kinda looks more like a car pool.

Radar also fails to mention that Perry is dating Russell Brand. Sort of an important detail.

Gossip Cop expects ridiculous rumors to follow Pattinson wherever he goes, but rarely are they as lazy and lame as this one. Just another reason to stay in on Friday nights.

Chris Cuomo is trading in his morning gig at “Good Morning America” to co-host the ABC evening newsmagazine “20/20.”

Cuomo will leave GMA on Friday, the same day that co-host Diane Sawyer is saying so long before taking over duties from Charlie Gibson on “World News.”

It’s expected with Cuomo’s move that the network will shortly announce that George Stephanopoulos is filling Sawyer’s seat.

You’ll recall just a few days ago Radar inaccurately reported that Cuomo had resigned from ABC, and was possibly heading to NBC’s “Dateline.” Gossip Cop, of course, busted that bad dish immediately.

How many times is Radar going to splash the words “World Exclusive” on top of a post – and be wrong across the globe?

Late yesterday afternoon, the site wrote, “Tiger Woods‘ wife Elin has moved out of their house.”

The site went on to report, “Elin Nordegren had enough and moved out of the $2.6 million Windermere home, neighbors and other sources close to Tiger, told RadarOnline.com exclusively.”

Apparently no one told Nordegren – because she’s still living in the mansion.

Radar added, “Tiger and his reps are keeping Elin’s move top secret” – must be a secret from her, too, because she’s still living in the mansion.

Furthermore, as Gossip Cop reported hours before it was posted on Radar, Nordegren’s mother Barbro Holmberg was rushed to the hospital early this morning from Woods’ home.

Why would Nordegren’s mom be living in Woods’ house if her daughter were living elsewhere?

Simply, this Radar can’t detect with accuracy.

Now will she move out? That’s a different story.

The report went on to say that not only does “Cuomo’s departure [come] amid growing speculation that the Good Morning America anchor chair is going to George Stephanopoulos,” but also that the highly popular “Cuomo may be headed to NBC’s Dateline.”

Here’s what’s right: The spelling of Cuomo’s name.

Here’s what’s wrong: Everything else.

Gossip Cop hears that Radar’s report is 100 percent inaccurate. Cuomo has NOT resigned from ABC.

We’re told Radar’s false alarm has sent shock waves through the offices of ABC, which is now concerned that they may lose the respected newsman, who’s being courted by other networks.

It’s well known throughout ABC that a Cuomo departure would not only be a huge loss to the news division, but it would also take a tremendous toll on the morale of the staff, which is  quite fond of Cuomo.

Just six weeks ago, Cuomo edged out Stephanopoulos in an AOL poll which asked who should fill Diane Sawyer’s seat on GMA.

But they’re not that clever because they kept the same URL, which STILL reads, “exclusive-lawyer-confirms-nicole-richie-and-joel-madden-are-married.”

Oops.

But there’s more…

In this quickly slapped together rewrite, Radar NOW writes: ”In court Monday Nicole Richie‘s attorney Mark Gregaros referred to Joel Madden as his client’s ‘husband,’” but then, outside of court, “denied Richie and Madden are married.”

Trying to muddy the waters, Radar writes, “So the question remains, are they or aren’t they?”

No question at all: They aren’t.

We’d say good try, but it wasn’t.

Today Radar heralded another one of its exclusives, “Lawyer Says Nicole Richie And Joel Madden Are Married.”

Say what?!

Yes, “RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are officially married,” claims the blog.

In fact, the site even states Richie’s lawyer “confirmed to RadarOnline.com in court Monday that the couple are indeed legally hitched.”

Really?!

Well, this isn’t the first time Radar has tried to convince the public that Richie and Madden are married. A month ago they claimed the two had secretly wed – and a month ago Gossip Cop corrected them.

Rumors of their betrothal got so out of hand at the time that Madden took to posting a comment of his band Good Charlotte’s website, stating “NO we didn’t get married.”

Well, it’s time for Gossip Cop to correct Radar for this second — and hopefully last — time.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are NOT married. Whatever the attorney said was inaccurate. A source close to Richie tells Gossip Cop, “It was an error on the lawyer’s part.” Talk of them being married, says the impeccable source, is “not true.”

Case closed (at least for now).

A lot has been said today about Farrah Fawcett’s will, which sites like Radar posted.

First, according to Alana Stewart, former wife of Rod Stewart and Fawcett’s best friend, having the will made public is probably the last thing the “Charlie’s Angels” star would have wanted.

But now that it has been, Gossip Cop will tackle the news that Fawcett’s long-time love Ryan O’Neal wasn’t mentioned in the will while an ex-boyfriend from long ago was.

Stewart tells Gossip Cop exclusively that O’Neal and Fawcett discussed her finances. Stewart says the “Love Story” star had far more money than Fawcett. “Ryan didn’t need her money, he didn’t want her money, and she knew it,” says Stewart.

As for the ex-boyfriend, Greg Lott, to whom Fawcett left $100,000, Stewart says one shouldn’t read so much into it. Considering her multimillion dollar estate, it constituted a “small” amount for Fawcett, who bequeathed it to Lott because “he was an old, old boyfriend and she felt sorry for him.”

Stewart added that while Fawcett wanted O’Neal next to her in her final few years, Lott was more like a thorn in her (ailing) side.

“She didn’t want him around,” said Stewart. “He kept trying to see her, but she didn’t want to see him,” maintained Stewart, who figured it had been a “few years” since Lott had seen Fawcett before she died.  Stewart added, “There was talk of a restraining order.” Gossip Cop tried to reach out to Lott, but a number we had for him had been disconnected.

So even though Lott got his hundred grand, ultimately it was O’Neal who got all he had ever wanted – to be with Fawcett to the end.

Once again, Michael Lohan has released to Radar a secretly recorded telephone conversation with ex-wife Dina Lohan, and again, quite understandably, it isn’t sitting well with his daughter.

Lindsay Lohan, who has every right to be angry with her dad for making seemingly private conversations public, exclusively told Gossip Cop: “My father knows nothing other than how to sell stories for money instead of getting a real job like normal people do, including myself.”

And since he’s allegedly being compensated, Lindsay said, “I sure hope he’s planning to pay child support,” which she claimed he’s never done “my entire life… [he] never has paid!”

(Gossip Cop tried to find out how much Michael Lohan was paid, but a call to Radar, which is owned by the same company as the National Enquirer and the Star, was not returned.)

Irrespective of his reasons for releasing these secretly recorded tapes, the effect is still the same. Lindsay told Gossip Cop, “I hate him so much.”
