This is the same site that similarly – and wrongly – claimed Lohan was drinking at the Chateau Marmont in January.

So what supposedly happened this time?

Under a headline that reads, “Lindsay Lohan Parties Until 3 AM,” X17Online reports that its “photographers tell us the starlet looked like she ‘had definitely been drinking’” last night.

“One of our photogs spotted a glass of champagne inside the car,” adds the news and photo agency. Really?
