“Around the house, I’m in jeans and a T-shirt. I don’t really wear makeup. That’s what they’re used to,” says Paltrow of her husband, Chris Martin, and their two kids.

The beloved TV star makes the announcement in the new issue of People magazine, where Harper reveals she’s suffering from leptomeningeal carcinomatosis, a rare condition in which cancer cells spread into the membrane surrounding the brain.

Harper — who previously battled lung cancer — may not have more than three months left to live, according to her doctors.

The couple, who began dating last year, got married on Sunday at Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, People reports.

Lively’s close friend, Florence Welch, is said to have performed at the tent-shrouded event on Sunday night, with a source also telling the magazine that a cake was brought in from Virginia.

Gossip Cop is currently seeking confirmation, though reps for the pair — who co-starred together in 2011′s Green Lantern — have yet to respond to a request for comment.
