Supposedly, Lively and Badgley were “holding hands as they strolled” through the music festival’s VIP Rose Garden, according to HollywoodLife.

But the report, which has spread like wildfire online, is NOT TRUE, a rep for the actress informs Gossip Cop.

The mag claims that Lively, who split from her “Gossip Girl” co-star in October, now “wants him back.”

According to a supposed insider, the actress is suddenly “realizing what a good thing she had with Penn,” and has been asking him to “work things out.” Really?
