The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star and her husband filed for separation in July and for divorce the following month, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

They married in 2002 and have three sons.

Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif’s custody battle is getting nasty.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star has accused Nassif of being physically abusive to their three sons, and now, a judge has reportedly granted Maloof and her kids a temporary restraining order against Nassif.

Adrienne Maloof of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and her husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, have reportedly both filed for divorce.

As Gossip Cop reported, Nassif filed for legal separation last month.

On Tuesday, Maloof took the next step, filing a divorce petition that cites “irreconcilable differences,” according to TMZ.

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Adrienne Maloof and her husband of nine years, Paul Nassif, have split.

Nassif filed for a legal separation at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday.
