Former “Access Hollywood” co-host and admitted alcoholic Pat O’Brien penned an open letter to Linsday Lohan, giving the troubled starlet advice about her future, Hollywood, and battling addictions.

In a column in today’s Hollywood Reporter, O’Brien tells Lohan to look at her Vanity Fair cover and see not just her health, beauty, and potential, but also “take a look at the negative of that photo you just snapped … and ponder what life has been and what life can be.” What else does he advise Lohan?
