“Hey, Miley Cyrus,” writes the New York Daily News, “you made $25 million last year – toss a dollar in the tip cup.”
According to the paper, Cyrus recently bought $70 worth of steak and macaroni and cheese for her and big sister Brandi at the Outback Steakhouse in Burbank, and forked over a crisp $100 bill, but kept the change without leaving a tip. What?!
