According to the magazine, while recently on vacation in Europe, Oprah “feared she was dying when she suddenly began suffering pressure and pain in her chest,” and now she’s “facing a desperate option to save her life — risky, four-hour surgery.” Really?

According to the magazine, Simpson is prepared to tell Oprah, on camera, that he stabbed his ex and Goldman to death back in June 1994.

Actually, reports the Enquirer, Simpson already confessed to one of the TV titan’s producers. Really?
