Neil Patrick Harris Twitter attacked veteran “Young and the Restless” actor Eric Braeden. After the soap star pulled out of a guest spot on “How I Met Your Mother,” Harris tweeted, “Eric Braeden is a D-Bag. the actor, (Robin’s dad) agreed to a cameo, then last night bailed, saying the part wasn’t ‘substantial’ enough.” But that wasn’t the end of the war of words.
