“After a whirlwind romance, Jonah Hill is making plans to wed Dustin Hoffman’s daughter Ali,” reports the National Enquirer, which goes on to claim the comedian “wants his Moneyball co-star Brad Pitt to be best man.”

The mag says the actors “became so close while filming the baseball flick that people began characterizing their friendship as a ‘bromance’!”

The Enquirer goes on to note that Pitt let Hill stay in his New Orleans home for four months while he filmed 21 Jump Street, and that Hill “credits Brad’s encouragement with helping him lose 40 pounds last year.”

Now the Superbad star supposedly “wants to repay Brad for all the favors by making him his best man.”

A so-called “insider” for the tabloid says, “Jonah is hoping to make Dustin’s daughter his bride by the end of the year,” and he allegedly wants to take the next step “with Brad at his side.”

Adds the source, “Brad won’t think twice about accepting Jonah’s offer to be best man.”

Actually, he won’t even think once about it.

Hill is NOT asking Pitt to be in his wedding party because he is NOT getting married any time soon.

A rep for Hill tells Gossip Cop the mag’s story is entirely made up.

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” is apparently just not dramatic enough for the National Enquirer, so the tabloid decided to concoct a new plot line for the reality show.

So-called “sources” for the mag claim Bravo has asked Brandi Glanville’s “archenemy” LeAnn Rimes to join the cast.

(In case you forgot, Rimes had an affair with Glanville’s husband Eddie Cibirian in 2009, and the ladies have been less than cordial ever since).

Another supposed “insider” squeals that the Glanville/Rimes match-up would be “an instant recipe for fireworks,” which the Enquirer explains, “means big ratings!”

How juicy!

Of course, it’s completely made up.

An actual network insider tells Gossip Cop, “This is not true at all.”

“The Hollywood wedding of the century is off!” announces the National Enquirer.

According to the tabloid, Brad Pitt has canceled his nuptials to Angelina Jolie after finding out that she “cheated” on him!

Wait… what?

“Sources” for the Enquirer allege that Pitt “bolted from a pre-marital counseling session” after Jolie supposedly admitted to “being with another man after she met him” and making “other shocking revelations.”

A so-called “insider” claims that Pitt and Jolie met with a “trusted family confidante” to discuss issues that “could impact the marriage.”

That’s when Jolie purportedly “dropped the bomb” that she “met men in hotel rooms” after she and Pitt famously fell in love while filming Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

The Enquirer claims that Pitt was furious about the “complete betrayal” and “stormed out of the session.”

According to the magazine’s source, the confessional “left a bad taste in Brad’s mouth. Now he’s not only rethinking the marriage but also the entire relationship.”

Until Pitt “sorts through his feelings, he’s called off the marriage,” says the insider.

OK.

Let’s come back to reality.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie never had a “marriage” planned.

He recently suggested that it could happen one day – but that’s as far as it ever went.

There was no wedding to “call off” and no “pre-marital counseling session” for Pitt to leave angry.

As a source close to the couple tells Gossip Cop, the story about Jolie’s supposed bombshell and Pitt’s reaction is a total fabrication.

George Clooney’s girlfriend Stacy Keibler is “dead set against living in the Oscar winner’s vacation villa on Lake Como [Italy] because he played house there with his ex-galpal Elisabetta Canalis,” reports the National Enquirer.

A so-called “source” for the tabloid claims, “Stacy has been to Como for a short trip, but she told George, ‘It’s Italy or me’ with respect to living there — and she means it!”

Explains the alleged insider, “She thinks it’s creepy staying in the home he shared with former girlfriends,” adding, “Stacy wants them to either build or buy a remote, private house together in Mexico.”

And Keibler supposedly “told George to find another girlfriend if he can’t deliver,” notes the source.

Uhh…

So what about all the other Clooney girlfriends before Canalis who stayed in his various homes? Is Keibler refusing to stay in those houses as well? Will she demand he build or buy a new place in every single city?

This story makes ZERO sense.

In any case, a source close to Keibler tells Gossip Cop the story is 100% FALSE.

Wow.

Just… wow.

According to the National Enquirer, Kim Kardashian is hoping to hook up with Tim Tebow.

You read that correctly.

“Sources say that Kim has been telling pals she wants to land a date with the devout Christian football sensation,” states the tabloid.

To make its case, the Enquirer cites debunked statistics concerning Kardashian’s TV ratings and appearance fees, theorizing that snaring Tebow is all about business.

“Kim needs to rehab her image to get her career revved up again,” explains a so-called “source” for the magazine, adding, “Dating someone like Tim Tebow would certainly do the trick.”

Uh-huh.

Actually, it sounds more like the Enquirer noticed that Kardashian has been in relationships with athletes, picked the football player who’s had huge recent media buzz, and decided to pair the two names.

Because as sources close to Kardashian assure us, it’s completely “not true” that she’s been chasing Tebow.

Let’s see how the Enquirer tries to wriggle out of this fabrication!

The tab quotes a source as saying, “Tim’s been made aware of Kim’s crush, and although flattered, he’s not interested.”

What a convenient development for the publication that made up the “crush” in the first place!

“After years of trials and tribulations, the tide is finally turning for Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas as the couple prepare to welcome another child!” announces Star magazine.

“Michael is giving Catherine her dream gift – another baby,” claims a so-called “insider.”

Indeed, the tabloid reports that Zeta-Jones’ “bumped-up belly” was on display during a January 17 event, and that observers “are buzzing that she is pregnant.”

Star even cites the actress’ absence from the Sundance Film Festival premiere of her project Lay the Favorite as an indication that something might be happening with Zeta-Jones.

Meanwhile, the National Enquirer is also reporting the same baby rumors.

And the outlets are 100% wrong.

A rep for Douglas tells Gossip Cop it’s simply “not true” that the couple is expecting, and Zeta-Jones’ spokesperson adds that the actual reason she did not attend Sundance was that she was busy working on her movie Broken City in New Orleans.

“A furious George Clooney cursed out his Ides of March co-star Ryan Gosling for blowing off the Golden Globes,” begins a breathless piece from the National Enquirer.

The mag claims that even though Gosling had a legitimate excuse to miss the show — he was filming Only God Forgives in Thailand — Clooney was still miffed about his absence.

According to so-called “sources” for the supermarket tabloid, Clooney “fumed to a group of showbiz execs in the lobby of the Beverly Hilton hotel following the Jan. 15 awards show,” allegedly ranting, “Ryan Gosling is a (bleep)! The (bleep) stood me up!”

The Enquirer notes that The Descendants star laughed off Gosling’s absence to reporters, joking that “he’s in Thailand… you know what you do in Thailand,” but claims that Clooney’s “jovial manner disappeared as soon as he was out of the spotlight.”

Another supposed “insider” for the tab blares, ”George called him every name in the book!”

Wow, that expression is almost as lame as this story.

Clooney was well aware ahead of time that Gosling would be missing the Globes to film his new movie, and was neither shocked nor angry about his co-star’s non-appearance.

The tabloid alleges that the actress is “flashing an engagement ring after striking a weird bargain” with Bell by which she agrees never to cheat on him with other men, “but girls are fair game!”

According to the National Enquirer, O.J. Simpson claims he’s Khloe Kardashian’s real father.

You read that correctly.

The jailed and disgraced football legend supposedly told “an insider” for the tabloid that Kardashian is his daughter, following an alleged tryst with Kris Jenner in 1983.

The Enquirer’s “bombshell” cover story follows on the heels of its sister publications Star and RadarOnline flogging rumors that the late Robert Kardashian was not Khloe’s biological dad.

Now comes this report of Simpson’s possible paternity, which seems to be based on the “astonishing resemblance” between Khloe and Simpson’s actual daughter, Sydney.

(Not exactly.)

The entire story is hearsay and desperately attempts to link Simpson to these new reports of Khloe being a love child — even though Simpson has never said anything of the sort.

The magazine fabricated a cover story suggesting he fathered Khloe Kardashian, without a shred of evidence whatsoever.

This is an Enquirer “bombshell,” not an “O.J. bombshell” as the cover proclaims – and it’s 100% false, either way.

On Wednesday, Khloe’s sister Kim treated this nonsense with appropriate silliness.

She tweeted a photo of the Enquirer cover and jokingly wrote, “Now we have all the answers! It makes sense now! Khloe u are so tan!”

Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow has no love for “Saturday Night Live,” according to the National Enquirer.

The tabloid says the show, which last month aired a hilarious sketch in which “Jesus” advises the devout NFL star (Taran Killam) to “take it down a notch,” supposedly “asked the pious jock to host an upcoming show!”

But Tebow allegedly told SNL “NO WAY!” and issued a statement through his reps saying, “Tim was not impressed with the skit, which embarrassed him — nor does he agree with the show’s liberal philosophy.”

The Enquirer claims the show’s producers “vow they won’t give up, and will try to snag Tim for next season.”

Unfortunately, the supermarket tab has fumbled again.

According to the National Enquirer, Ryan Seacrest is playing hardball with “American Idol” producers and “threatening to join his old pals Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul on ‘The X Factor.’”

In the final stretch of his three-year contract with the show, Seacrest supposedly “wants a $15 million chunk of the ‘Idol’ pie” to host another season, although the Enquirer contends that he’s bluffing about making the leap to “X Factor.”

The tabloid claims Seacrest feels “underappreciated” at “Idol” and cites a so-called “source” as saying, “He told FOX he won’t re-up when his ‘Idol’ contract expires.”

Hmm.

There are a couple of things at play here.

First, speculation about Seacrest’s future has been rampant for some time, with even the “Today Show” in play.

And there’s been endless buzz about whether current host Steve Jones will return for future seasons of “The X Factor.”

But has there been any real conversation – bluff or otherwise – about Seacrest bolting to “The X Factor”?

Nope.

“This is clearly made up,” a source close to Seacrest tells Gossip Cop.

Seacrest – and the rest of the “Idol” gang – return for Season 11 of the show on Wednesday night.

Demi Moore is begging Ashton Kutcher “to return dozens of sexy love letters and poems she wrote to him throughout their relationship,” reports the National Enquirer.

According to an alleged “pal” of the actress, “Demi’s panicked that Ashton, who’s notorious for saying dumb things on the internet, might leak her intimate words to friends, or even the whole world.”

(Nice made up, unrealistic-sounding quote, by the way.)

Anyway, the tab says Moore is so worried about Kutcher leaking her letters that she’s “warned him that if he doesn’t give her love writings back she’s going to seek legal advice.”

Whoa.

As in whoa, this has got to be one of the stupidest stories we’ve come across this week.

What is the argument here — that Kutcher is so careless on Twitter he’s going to accidentally tweet one of Moore’s love letters out?

And even if he were to ever (accidentally or purposely) leak her letters — which he wouldn’t — the world would be rocked from the bombshell that Moore once openly professed love for her husband?

The whole thing makes ZERO sense.

Regardless, a source close to The Scarlett Letter actress tells Gossip Cop the story is completely fabricated, adding, “it’s nonsense.”

“Britney Spears isn’t wasting any time since getting engaged to her former agent Jason Trawick,” reports the National Enquirer, which goes on to claim the pop icon is “eloping on Valentine’s Day to Hawaii.”

According to a so-called “source” for the tabloid, “She can’t wait, and she wants to do it her way — small and intimate.”

The supposed insider says that Spears’ parents, Jamie and Lynne, started to plan a “big, traditional wedding at their Louisiana home” when she and Trawick got engaged in December, but the singer “freaked out” and said “no.”

Adds the source, “Britney said maybe they could have a large reception later, but the wedding will be for just her and Jason.”

The covert nuptials will supposedly be held in Maui, where Spears often vacationed with ex-husband Kevin Federline, notes the mag.

The National Enquirer reports Sandra Bullock laid into “Today Show” host Matt Lauer after he pointed out her lack of screen time in Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close during a recent interview.

According to the tab, “The minute the camera blinked off, Sandra ripped into SmartAss [Lauer] for repeatedly needling that she’s on-screen ‘for only 24 minutes!’”

Bullock “couldn’t believe Matt kept poking so-called ‘fun,’ telling millions of viewers that she’s hardly in the movie,” adds the mag’s so-called “source.”

Brandi Glanville is ripping a bizarre National Enquirer cover story that claims she had an affair with Demi Moore.

According to the tabloid, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star supposedly told friends Moore “cheated on Ashton Kutcher with her.”

The Enquirer speculates that the “shocking lesbian fling” on Turks & Caicos in 2009 “could make Demi and Ashton’s $290 million divorce battle even nastier!”

A so-called “close confidante” tells the magazine all about the “racy tryst” that Glanville allegedly recounted after returning from her tropical trip three years ago.

The tabloid says the actor’s Christmas proposal to his longtime girlfriend only came after she gave him an ultimatum: “Marry me or no more kids!”

According to the National Enquirer, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have prohibited bad words in their home.

“The stars just laid down a strict ban on cursing that applies to them, their six children – and even old family friends who drop by to visit,” claims the tabloid item.

And it’s not just F-bombs Jolie and Pitt have supposedly sworn off.

Allegedly, no one in their home is allowed to call anyone else “stupid” or say “I hate you!” – otherwise, it’s household chores for the kids and steep $1,000 fines for adults.

But while it’s admirable that Jolie and Pitt would promote clean speech in the house (like many parents do), the Enquirer – last seen alleging that Jolie is a pill addict – got a little carried away with its reporting on this story.

Sources close to the couple tell Gossip Cop that friends and acquaintances walking into the Jolie-Pitt residence are not in danger of anteing up a thousand dollars for letting a curse slip.

We’re told the family has always encouraged polite behavior – but that the Enquirer rumor is mostly “bulls**t.”

“A newly slimmed down Mariah Carey is aiming to become a judge on ‘The X Factor’ — and secret talks have already begun,” begins a breathless piece from the National Enquirer.

Amid rumors that Nicole Scherzinger will leave the judges’ panel to take over for host Steve Jones next season, Carey supposedly “told the show’s creator Simon Cowell she’s prepared to jump in.”

A so-called “source” for the mag says, “She wants to be a judge and she has been in secret talks with Simon,” adding, “She promised to help pull in monster ratings this coming season.”

The Enquirer notes that Carey, who gave birth to twins in April, “had been lined up to make multiple guest appearances on the show but bowed out for various reasons.”

But now that the singer has lost all of her baby weight, “she’s ready for her grand entrance,” says the alleged source, explaining, “She was holding out until she knew she looked her best and is chomping at the bit for Simon to sign her up.”

So, is Carey really heading to the “X Factor” judges’ panel?

Kim Kardashian’s recent trip to earthquake-ravaged Haiti was all a “sham,” according to the National Enquirer, which claims the reality star only embarked on the mission “in a desperate bid to repair her tattered image.”

The mag says that during her two-day stay in Port-au-Prince, Kardashian “stayed in a $1,000-a-night hotel suite, traveled in a royalty-worthy convoy with her own photographers and bodyguards, and strutted down the runway in a fashion show.”

She also allegedly “avoided the squalid refugee camps,” writes the tabloid, which quotes a so-called “source” as saying, “Kim turned a blind eye to Haiti’s real issues — poverty and hunger. All she did was rub shoulders with the nation’s elite.”

Adds that same “source”: “She showed no interest in the plight of our people. It was a scandalous waste of time and money.”

And it supposedly gets even worse.

The Enquirer reports Kardashian opted to have children “bused in to meet her” at the area’s most prestigious academy for a Christmas gift drive, rather than “dirtying herself at a refugee camp.”

Kardashian allegedly “brought along her own camera crew” to document her gracious act, continues the mag, which notes, “locals were infuriated by her blatant grab for goodwill.”

Wow… seriously?

Not quite.

The reality star is blasting the tabloid’s claims about her trip, calling the allegations that she went to a fashion show and pampered herself “ridiculous and untrue.”

Kardashian addressed the Enquirer’s story in a post on her blog on Tuesday, writing, “The journalists obviously didn’t bother to do their research and instead published a ridiculous story to sell copies.”

She says the story is “malicious” and full of “lies,” and it “belittles the entire experience we had in Haiti.”

The romance between Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart is “sputtering,” claims the National Enquirer, with geographical distance tearing the “young lovers apart.”

Both stars are said to be partial to their hometowns, as Pattinson supposedly hopes to stay in London while Stewart “has her heart set on staying in Los Angeles.”

“Robert and Kristen’s relationship has hit a brick wall,” alleges a so-called “source” for the magazine. “They can’t choose a place to build a love nest together.”

The Enquirer claims the argument over where to live may doom Twilight‘s real-life romance forever.

That’s confusing to us.

Of course, that fabrication followed equally false Enquirer accusations about Pattinson being a drunk and his agent coming between him and Stewart.

It’s almost as if the Enquirer has no credibility when it comes to Pattinson and Stewart.

As Gossip Cop has pointed out before, Pattinson and Stewart have been geographically separated for much of their relationship, and rumors about the distance being “too great” have been proven wrong, time after time.

Sources close to the couple tell Gossip Cop there’s been no “love nest” fighting, and laugh off the latest Enquirer sensationalism as “untrue.”

The National Enquirer reports that friends of Demi Moore are worried she’s “hit rock bottom,” “spinning wildly out of control,” and “may return to her old vice, alcohol, to ease her mental anguish.”

What might send her back to the bottle, says the tabloid, is that “her good friend and former Alcoholics Anonymous sponsor Pattsy Rugg died, and just days later photos of Demi’s estranged husband Ashton Kutcher leering at the exposed bosom of ‘Glee’ star Lea Michele exploded onto the scene.”

Kutcher “knew the shots would get out and be like a dagger in the chest to Demi. What a heartless boob!” wrote one of the Enquirer‘s fiction writers, claiming it came out of the mouth of a Moore “pal.”

And while it’s true Moore was terribly distraught by Rugg’s death, the rest of the tasteless tab’s claims are as made up as its fabricated quotations.

“Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie‘s furious battle over how to raise their tomboy daughter Shiloh has thrust their roller-coaster relationship into another crisis,” claims the National Enquirer.

Supposedly, Pitt is “fed up” with Jolie for allowing Shiloh’s “gender-bending appearance,” and now his mom, Jane Pitt, has allegedly joined the fight.

“Brad’s mom called Angelina out for letting the children – especially Shiloh – run wild” during a recent visit, according to a so-called “insider” for the Enquirer.

The biggest issue, says the tabloid, is the way Shiloh dresses.

The “insider” claims Pitt “flipped out” when he saw her wearing older brother Pax‘s outfit on November 13, and “pulled Angelina aside and barked the order to ‘put her in a dress.’”

When she blew off his concerns, “Brad wound up storming out and catching a flight to Korea without even saying goodbye to Angie,” reveals the “insider.”

Of course, Pitt was scheduled to promote Moneyball in South Korea… but making it seem as though he ran to the airport out of frustration over his daughter’s outfit is much more dramatic.

The Enquirer sets up a struggle between Jolie’s commitment to letting the children “develop their own personalities” and Pitt’s supposed insistence that they “start raising their daughter properly – like the girl that she is.”

For good measure, the Enquirer even throws in the claim that Pitt “is concerned that his children could follow down the risky path of [Jolie], who reportedly smoked heroin in the past.”

In other words, the magazine wants us to believe that a 5-year-old who dresses like a tomboy is just a few steps away from drug abuse.

Baffling logic aside, there’s not even truth to the Enquirer‘s premise that Pitt and Jolie are fighting over Shiloh’s wardrobe.

A source close the couple tells Gossip Cop it’s “total nonsense,” and just another desperate attempt from the Enquirer to portray the family negatively.

“Save 90-lb Demi!” blares another alarmist headline from the National Enquirer, which claims Jennifer Aniston is “rallying Demi Moore‘s A-list pals to intervene before the distraught Ghost star starves herself to death.”

According to “insiders” for the tabloid, Aniston decided to stage the strictly “A-list” intervention after she noticed her fellow Five director’s weight plummeting in the wake of Ashton Kutcher‘s cheating scandal.

One of these supposed sources for the mag explains, “Jen watched Demi go from fun-loving, confident and outgoing to withdrawn, depressed and bone-thin,” and that’s why she enlisted the help of Moore’s friends, Salma Hayek and Lucy Lui.

“Jen, Salma and Lucy told Demi that she needs professional counseling in addition to the guidance she’s getting from Kabbalah,” says the source, adding, “They’ve also urged her to hire a nutritionist and personal trainer.”

The ladies’ ultimate goal is “to build Demi back up into the vibrant, vital person she once was,” notes the insider.

The Enquirer‘s trusty source explains that Aniston has taken Moore under her wing because she experienced a similar devastation when Brad Pitt left her for Angelina Jolie. “With the help of close friends, Jen put the pieces of her life back together,” relates the source, adding, “Now she’s helping Demi do the same.”

And now that Moore has finally decided to file for divorce from Kutcher, Aniston has supposedly taken to checking in on her regularly, “calling her in the morning with cheery greetings like, ‘Rise and shine, sunshine!’”

Did she also decorate Moore’s room with rainbows and unicorns?

The tabloid’s tale all sounds very nice, but unfortunately it’s all made up.

A rep for Aniston tells Gossip Cop the story is a “complete fabrication.”

“After cross-dressing for his latest ‘Sherlock Holmes’ movie, Robert Downey Jr. plans to film a remake of the classic gender-bending comedy ‘Some Like It Hot’!” exclaims the National Enquirer.

But that’s not all.

According to the tabloid, “Downey has even recruited British heartthrob Jude Law, his co-star in the upcoming sequel ‘Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadow,’ to join him in the drag extravaganza.”

Yes, the mag claims that they had so much fun cross-dressing for scenes in the next Sherlock Holmes film, they plan to remake a classic like the Marilyn Monroe starrer just so that they can wear women’s clothes.

No word yet on whether they’ll also go Christmas shopping on Rodeo Drive dressed like ladies.

Anyway, in a completely fabricated and fully expository quote from a so-called “source,” it’s explained, “Robert is set to take Tony Curtis‘ role of Joe, and Jude will have Jerry, Jack Lemmon‘s part.”

While they’re still looking for someone to play Monroe’s role of singer Sugar Kane, the tab says Downey and Law “have asked ‘Holmes’ director Guy Ritchie to helm the ‘Hot’ remake.”

“Pregnant Jessica Simpson is eating for two — and then some — prompting her fiance to cruelly joke she could become the new Kirstie Alley,” begins a piece in the National Enquirer.

According to the tab, Simpson “loves to eat and favors fattening dishes” so much that her fiance Eric Johnson “taped a picture of Kirstie at her fattest to their refrigerator to inspire his wife-to-be to watch her weight.”

A so-called “source” claims, “Eric has even called her ‘Kirstie 2.0.’”

For real?

Fat chance.

A source close to Simpson tells Gossip Cop it’s “not true,” and even points out that “Eric is always saying how incredibly gorgeous she is.”

There’s about to be another Kardashian divorce bombshell, according to the National Enquirer.

The mag says Kris and Bruce Jenner‘s 20-year union is “on the rocks and both of them are ready to throw in the towel.”

Wow.

So, what’s threatening to tear them apart after all this time?

The Enquirer claims, “They’ve been battling over everything from money to how to raise their offspring,” and even quotes a so-called “source” as saying, “Bruce is tired of Kris making work her priority instead of family, and Kris can’t stand Bruce spending time and money on his expensive hobbies, like golf and motorcycle riding.”

This same supposed insider adds that the Kardashian matriarch has “demeaned her sports hero husband by putting him on an allowance.”

Whoa.

However, that’s nothing compared to the blowout fight they had over Kim‘s divorce from Kris Humphries, states the tab.

The Jenners are supposedly “taking sides” in the couple’s divorce, with Bruce supporting Humphries and Kris backing up her daughter.

“Bruce blames Kris for driving Humphries away,” says another alleged “source,” who adds, “Kris can’t stand the basketball player and fully supports Kim going ahead with the divorce.”

The Enquirer story goes on to allege that Kris and Bruce have “erupted into screaming matches about Kim’s marriage” because, as a source for the tab says, “Bruce believes love should take its natural course, but Kris and the girls believe everything should be orchestrated so that they end up in the best public light possible.”

OK, if that last part were true, Kardashian would never have filed for divorce — which put her in a terrible public light — so early into the marriage.

Anyway, an impeccable Kardashian source tells Gossip Cop the tabloid’s tale is “not true at all.”

Unfortunately, the Enquirer has again created more drama than one might see on the Kardashians’ shows.

“Bieber Grounded By His Mom,” reads the headline of a National Enquirer story that claims, ”Justin Bieber has had his driver’s license suspended — by his overprotective mom!”

According to the tabloid, “The teen pop star’s driving privileges shifted into neutral after his mom, Pattie Mallette, grounded him for splurging on a $160,000 custom-made hot rod!”

The reason his mom reportedly “blew a gasket” and is “forbidding him from driving until he turns 18,” says the Enquirer, is that during a recent trip to the U.K., Bieber “treated himself to a customized ‘Project Kahn’ Range Rover, complete with a souped-up Cosworth engine, custom paint job and sound system worth tens of thousands of dollars.”

Story sound familiar?

It should.

Gossip Cop debunked the fabricated tale last week when it first appeared in the British tab, The Sun, where the Enquirer later stole it from.

Regardless, Bieber’s rep tells us there’s “no truth whatsoever” to The Biebs buying a $160,000 customized Range Rover.

Once again, the Enquirer crashes big time for jacking (and then publishing) a totally manufactured story.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart‘s relationship is now limited to their Breaking Dawn romance, claims one tabloid.

The National Enquirer declares, “There’s now NO chance for a real-life wedding for the longtime off-screen sweeties!”

Why?

Because according to a “spy” for the tabloid, Pattinson dumped Stewart on November 5.

“Just two days after the couple was inducted into Hollywood’s legendary Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, Robert – who’d been having second thoughts about their relationship – hit Kristen with the news that he’s ending it,” explains the Enquirer source.

The magazine’s “spy” continues, “Rob told Kristen he adores her, but feels that their romance blossomed only because they’d been thrown together as on-screen lovers for nearly four years. Rob felt it was time to explore other relationships and move on.”

According to the Enquirer, the couple faked their happy faces at the Los Angeles premiere.

It’s worth pointing out that this is the same publication once claimed Pattinson’s agent, Stephanie Ritz, had come between him and Stewart.

The Enquirer also alleged Pattinson’s drinking was out of control and threatening to turn him into a “Hollywood casualty.”

So it’s no surprise that here, too, the tabloid is 100% wrong.

Gossip Cop reached out to sources close to the couple, all of whom laughed off the Enquirer‘s break-up allegations.

As we predicted, Breaking Dawn‘s arrival in theaters (and promotional push) has led to a whole new series of extreme stories about Stewart and Pattinson (they’re getting married! they’re breaking up!), none of which are true, and most of which will be brought back next year.

Leonardo DiCaprio is “heartsick and lonely after dumping girlfriend Blake Lively,” writes the National Enquirer, which quotes a so-called “source” as saying he’s been telling pals, “I made a huge mistake.”

The “source” then supposedly blabs, “Leo ended their five-month fling when he told Blake he just didn’t have time in his life for serious romance, so she moved on — quickly falling in love with Ryan Reynolds. But now, after being inundated with photos and reports about his old flame and her new flame, Leo’s jealous and wants Blake back.”

Stop.

That quote above is completely manufactured. No real person says would such use fake phrases as “Leo ended their five-month fling” or “so she moved on — quickly falling in love with Ryan Reynolds.”

Anyway, the tabloid goes on to claim, “DiCaprio’s texting and phoning nonstop with reconciliation pleas,” but Lively told him, “We’re not getting back together. I’m very happy right now, and I hope you’ll find someone great… just as I have!”

Yeah, more made-up quotes.

Still, Gossip Cop reached out, and even Lively’s rep confirmed, “It’s not true,” and that they “haven’t had any contact for months.”

We’d say, “Shame on you” to the Enquirer, but working at the tab is probably shameful enough already.
