A former colleague of Nancy Grace is looking for some “swift justice” in a possible lawsuit against the TV host, say sources.

Gossip Cop has learned exclusively that Patty Caruso, who was Grace’s publicist at Court TV and continued to represent her long after the two women left the network, is readying a $5 million lawsuit against the on-air personality.

Nancy Grace has settled a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the estate of Melinda Duckett, who killed herself after Grace harshly questioned her about her missing son, Trenton.

In 2006, Melinda Duckett appeared on Grace’s show after her then two-year-old son disappeared. Grace took an accusatory tone when Duckett answered questions ambiguously.

Duckett then committed suicide before the show aired.
