Early this morning, the blogger shockingly tweeted an uncensored upskirt photo of Miley Cyrus.

The picture purports to show Cyrus, who is only 17, climbing out of a car with her private area visible. “If you are easily offended, do NOT click here,” Hilton says coyly.
