A number of sites have spread a Gizmodo report claiming “Jersey Shore” star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was kicked out of an Apple Store for trying to cut the iPhone 4S line.

According to the original story, based on an unconfirmed tweet, an employee “saw Mike up to no good” and “threw him out” of the place (the site fails to say at which Apple Store location this allegedly took place).

Abercrombie & Fitch Jersey Shore Mike Sorrentino The Situation

The Situation (Mike Sorrentino) has launched a legal assault on Abercrombie & Fitch, with the “Jersey Shore” star claiming the clothes company is profiting off his name without permission.

Last month, A&F reportedly offered The Situation a “substantial payment” to stop wearing the brand, citing concerns over “significant damage” to the clothing’s image.

Now, Sitch is fighting back, demanding that Abercrombie stop selling shirts inspired by his name and slogans, including garments that read “The Fitchuation” and “GTL Fitch” (“GTL” being the well-known “Jersey Shore” abbreviation for “Gym Tan Laundry.”

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is being sued for $1 million by his former managers, who claim he severed ties after shooting to stardom.

Gotham NYC Entertainment filed the lawsuit earlier today, alleging that Sorrentino fired them in May without giving an alleged agreed-upon 30 days notice or a chance to fix any problems.

The managers say the termination constituted a breach of the “Jersey Shore” star’s contract with them.

According to Perez Hilton -and, really, are there four more dubious words than “according to Perez Hilton”? – Mike Sorrentino is “eager” to make a change and might leave the show, too.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro reportedly beat up fellow “Jersey Shore” star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino after the two got into a fistfight last night in Italy.

It’s not know what triggered the alleged brawl, but Ronnie’s knuckles – and The Situation’s face – are now visibly bruised, according to TMZ.

The elder Sorrentino set up the website to offer expletive-filled, accusatory tirades against his “Jersey Shore” star son.
