Prosecutors want Dr. Conrad Murray to pay Michael Jackson‘s children more than $100 million, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

The late King of Pop’s three kids are “entitled to wages or profits lost due to injury incurred by the victim,” say the prosecutors, who are asking Judge Michael Pastor to order Murray to make proper restitution.

The sum is based on the Jackson estate’s estimate that the singer would have earned $100 million in revenue from the “This Is It” tour that never happened.

Dr. Conrad Murray has just pled “not guilty” in the Michael Jackson involuntary manslaughter case. But it took a little coaxing.

When Judge Michael Pastor first asked the doctor, who was ordered to stand trial two weeks ago, what he pled, Murray responded, “I’m an innocent man.”

After the judge asked again what his plea was, Murray said, “Not guilty.”

Dr. Conrad Murray has been ordered to stand trial for the death of Michael Jackson.

Judge Michael Pastor determined there is enough evidence against Murray to merit a manslaughter trial.
