“Wowsa,” writes Perez Hilton today in a piece about the box office returns of Michael Jackson’s “This Is It,” and “wowsa” is exactly what we were thinking when we read his story. Wasn’t it Hilton who Gossip Cop had to repeatedly correct for his inaccurate reporting that the film was a flop?

Regardless of how you felt about Michael Jackson as a person, after seeing “This Is It,” you can’t help but feel he may have been the greatest performer of our time.

A Michael Jackson story in the Mirror reflects only half the truth. Yes, a new Jackson single is going to be released. The song, recorded while the late King of Pop was rehearsing for his “This Is It” performances, was to debut during the concerts. And now a source, who worked with Jackson on the shows, tells Gossip Cop that the single is also titled, “This Is It” (as is the documentary that will be screened for a limited time).
