Just days before the first anniversary of his death, new claims about Michael Jackson‘s nightmarish final hours have been alleged in a legal document outlining a potential wrongful death case against Dr. Conrad Murray.

Among the shocking allegations is that Murray had been drinking at a strip club before he administered Jackson’s fatal dose of Propofol.

The document, drafted by lawyer Brian Oxman on behalf of Joe Jackson, who plans to sue Murray (according to TMZ), alleges that the doctor was consuming alcohol at topless bar Sam’s Hofbrau before administering anesthesia to the doomed performer.

Oxman offers a traumatic account of Jackson’s last weeks.

In May and June 2009, the pop icon “was confused, easily frightened, unable to remember, obsessive, and disoriented,” the document states, adding, “He had impaired memory, loss of appetite, and absence of energy. He was cold and shivering during the summer rehearsals for his show.”

While his patient suffered, claims the document, Murray “ignored the signs of… pulmonary inflammation, brain swelling, and anemia.”

Allegedly, the doctor also “repeatedly lied about the drugs he administered to Jackson and withheld vital information from EMTs and doctors who were trying to save Jackson’s life.”

“His conduct was inhuman,” Oxman writes of Murray in the legal document. “It was an extreme violation of the standard of care.”

But a rep for Dr. Murray says it’s all not true.

Dr. Murray’s rep asserts that he was not at the strip club at the time, and that the premise of him drinking before Jackson’s death also falls short, since the doc doesn’t drink.

According to TMZ, should Joe Jackson move forward, he can file an official wrongful death suit as early as Friday — the anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death.

Dr. Conrad Murray, the late Michael Jackson‘s physician, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the pop icon’s death.

He’ll be arraigned at 1:30PM Pacific time.

He’s expected to plead “not guilty.”

A conviction carries a maximum sentence of four years in prison.

Jackson died of cardiac arrest on June 25, 2009, under the controversial Murray’s care.

A just-released copy of the L.A. County Coroner’s report concludes that Propofol killed the entertainer. The “manner of death” is “homicide.”

Sealed until today, the report will be part of Dr. Murray’s prosecution.

UPDATE – 6:00PM –

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s website, Dr. Conrad Murray has been booked (officially), with bail set at $75,000.

Reportedly, a bail bondsman will put up the sum so Murray can be released.

This afternoon he pled not guilty to involuntary manslaughter charges.

The medical board has filed a motion to strip Murray of his medical license.

Sitting behind prosecutors in the courtroom were family members including Joe Jackson, Katherine Jackson, Tito Jackson, Jackie Jackson, Jermaine Jackson, LaToya Jackson, and Randy Jackson.
