Michael Bay has responded to outraged Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans after his implication that an upcoming live-action reboot would turn the half-shell heroes into aliens triggered controversy.

It all began when, speaking about the project at a recent Nickelodeon Upfront event, the director-producer casually said, “These turtles are from an alien race, and they’re going to be tough, edgy, funny and completely lovable.”

The Internet promptly melted down, with fans upset about the possibility of the turtles going from earthly “mutants” to extraterrestrial beings.

Steven Spielberg directed Michael Bay to fire Megan Fox from the ‘Transformers’ franchise after she compared Bay to Hitler in a magazine interview, a new book reveals.

In an excerpt from “Blow-Up: An Oral History of the Most Explosive Director of All Time” published in GQ, Bay says Fox’s comment to British publication Wonderland that he “wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is” was the final straw.

After starring in the first three films, he says, “I’m not coming back to do another one. I don’t think [director Michael Bay] will either. It still is a hot property, I think, especially coming out of the third one. So I imagine they’ll reboot it at some point with someone else.”

It’s been easy for Kellan Lutz to get noticed by young women everywhere, but now a teenage girl’s won HIS attention — for all the wrong reasons.

Today the ‘Twilight’ actor tweeted his outrage with the Bosnian girl captured on video tossing puppies into a river.

“I’ve never been so disgusted before,” writes Lutz. “That video is so incredibly disturbing and plain out wrong.”

The infamous clip, which horrified viewers worldwide before being pulled from YouTube, shows a blonde girl in a red sweatshirt taking black and white puppies from a bucket and hurling them, one after the other, into the water.

A number of outlets, including Perez Hilton, have picked up a story about ‘Transformers’ director Michael Bay being sued after his “bodyguard” allegedly pistol whipped two nightclub patrons.

Joshua Stewart and Paul Kimczak have accused the bodyguard of knocking them out with a gun during an August 2008 altercation at Kiss in Hollywood. They’ve now sued Bay, whom they claim should have had “control” over the accused assailant.
