Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner have been ordered to appear at an informal hearing to determine whether they will be charged for criminal battery after a violent fight they had in late December.

Cops were called to Wagner’s San Fernando Valley home last month after a heated argument between the formerly engaged pair allegedly turned physical.

Marcia Cross won’t have a “Desperate Housewives” gig after the show ends next spring, but the National Enquirer already lined up a new career for her.

According to the tabloid, the actress plans to be a professional therapist.

The Enquirer says Cross signed on to the ABC series “soon after earning her license to practice, so she put psychoanalysis on the back burner to take part in the show.”

Now that “Housewives” is set to wrap, the actress, who has been helped in her own life by therapy, “wants to give back and help others” in that capacity, claims an Enquirer “source.”

“Melrose Place” actress Amy Locane has been indicted on charges of aggravated manslaughter and assault by auto after causing a fatal car crash last summer.

Locane killed Helen Seeman when she smashed into the passenger side of Seeman’s vehicle in Montgomery, NJ last June. Locane told police she’d been drinking.

A grand jury in Somerset County indicted Locane this afternoon.

“Melrose Place” actress Amy Locane has been charged with killing a woman in a drunk driving accident.

Law enforcement officials say Locane was heading north on Cherry Hill Road in Montgomery, NJ on Sunday night when she struck another car’s passenger side as it turned into a driveway.
