VIDEOJustin Bieber will make an 11-year-old fan’s dream come true when he meets her in Portland this fall.
Megan Ham of Vancouver, Washington suffers from Lissencephaly, an extremely rare neurological disorder that has left her unable to walk or talk, and causes her to have as many as 70 seizures a day.
But amazingly, the young girl seems to improve whenever she listens to Bieber’s music — so much so that her wheelchair is equipped to play Bieber’s songs with the flick of a switch.
