Raven-Symone is blasting a report that claims naked pictures of the actress have surfaced online.

“HIgh-Larious! well, there it, happened again… people think that its a naked picture on my twitter profile… BUT its not!” tweeted the star today, beginning a long series of tweets about the sensational rumor.

“A picture that I put as my twitter profile, got twisted into a story that isn’t true,” she continued. “Let’s clear thing up for a second time… I AM NOT NAKED, I have had a career that has been a blessing n my life without taking my clothing off… And I have no intention to start now.”

Raven-Symone’s tweets came in response to a rumor floated by reality-challenged site MediaTakeOut.com, which claimed to have “leaked” photos of the star “butt nekkid!!!”

But if you look at the actual photos, it is not evident that she’s actually naked, as Raven points out.

MediaTakeOut also claims, ”Word is they are pics that Raven sent to one of her LADY FRIENDS.”

The actress strikes back against that innuendo, too.

“You know what happens with rumors like that? my MOM calls me @6am … About something that’s not true… People. I did not send that to any lady friend. I actually have clothes on. For those who saw my last twitter pix profile, u will recognize it as [another] false claim by media.”

And indeed it was her profile picture.

“MOM, supporters, media: those are not naked pictures, and im not in a relationship with a girl,” she adds.

Looks like just another instance of MediaTakeOut getting exposed.

Life & Style purports to know the “real reason” Rihanna missed friend Katy Perry‘s recent wedding in India.

Unfortunately, the mag goes with the same totally wrong “reason” MediaTakeOut recently “reported” — that Rihanna was allegedly too busy fighting with boyfriend Matt Kemp to attend Perry and Russell Brand‘s nuptials.

A so-called “insider” tells Life & Style that Kemp and Rihanna fought over rumors that she’d been “cozy” at a club with Drake, and that Rihanna “was very upset.”

The singer was “too heartbroken to board the plane” for India, according to the tabloid.

Actually, Life & Style was just too lazy to invent its own mistaken theory and chose to borrow a discredited one from an often debunked outlet.

As Gossip Cop already reported, Rihanna decided not to go to India because of work commitments, not because of a fight with Kemp.

Maybe MediaTakeOut should go into gymnastics. No one flips more spectacularly.

Consider the site’s latest jaw-dropping acrobatics with Beyonce.

Back in March, “MediaFakeOut,” as it’s known, claimed an exclusive: “Beyonce’s Pregnant!!!” A “rock solid” MediaTakeOut source claimed she and Jay-Z “are expecting their first child.”

She was not pregnant. Gossip Cop was the first outlet to bust story for the nonsense it was.

“Don’t forget where you saw it first,” pleaded MediaTakeOut.

And we didn’t, especially when MediaTakeOut pushed the story again the next month.

The follow-up post showed a photo of the performer carrying a bag near her stomach and (gasp!) wearing flats. ”Gee… we wonder why Beyonce is so self conscious about her belly,” wrote MTO.

We wondered why the site continued to cling desperately to its wrong pregnancy claim. Beyonce wasn’t hiding anything. It was MediaTakeOut trying to hide that it’d been wrong with its “exclusive,” and Gossip Cop busted the rumor… again.

Then two months passed, during which time, a “pregnant” Beyonce would no doubt get bigger, right?

Surprise! She didn’t!

Today the site declares, “Not Preggers!!! Beyonce Steps Out Wearing a Belly Shirt …. And Shows Off Her Ripped Abs!!!”

Sure enough, that’s exactly what we see in the accompanying photo.

Beyonce is — ta-dah! — not pregnant, MediaTakeOut finally admits. Just like Gossip Cop reported repeatedly.

MediaTakeOut was the first to spread 100% inaccurate rumors that she was with child, stubbornly stuck to the story even after it was busted, and now wants to pretend it had nothing to do with cooking up a false “exclusive.”

The only thing that disappeared faster than Beyonce’s supposed baby bump was the site’s credibility.

Once again, the bunch over at MediaTakeOut.com has decided to end a perfectly happy relationship.

“It appears that actress Angela Bassett and her husband actor Courtney Vance are having marital trouble,” the site is “sad” to report.

Bassett has been showing up to events by herself recently, explains MediaTakeOut, and last night she attended an event at the Apollo theatre without Vance or her wedding ring.

While it might not seem like a big deal (because it isn’t), the site claims to have done a “search” for “all the public pics that Angela’s taken in the last 3 years,” concluding that she had a ring every single time.

We bet.

Because Gossip Cop doesn’t spend all day staring at photos and drawing wrong conclusions, we actually checked in with a rep for the couple.

Bassett and Vance have a ”fantastic, truly wonderful, blissful relationship,” we’re told. As for why Vance didn’t make it to the Apollo, the rep told Gossip Cop he’d just finished a movie and opted to spend time with the couple’s children instead.

At this point, the only relationship that should be severed is between MediaTakeOut and its readers.

MediaTakeOut.com proudly takes full credit for having “dropped the BLOCKBUSTER allegation that Reggie Bush dumped Kim Kardashian after he caught her CHEATING with Kanye West.”

Of course, the site really just “dropped” the ball. There was no affair. As Kardashian told Gossip Cop exclusively, the unsubstantiated story was “absolutely false.”

But rather than admit the 100% inaccuracy of the original allegations, MediaTakeOut digs itself an even deeper hole.

According to one of Kardashian’s “CLOSEST FRIENDS” (claims MTO), when Bush “learned” about West, “he immediately went to CONFRONT HIM!!”

“Kanye’s security had to hold Reggie back, because he was going to go nuts on Kanye,” explains the so-called “snitch.” “The next time Reggie see’s (sic) him, he’s going to kick his a**.”

Fortunately for West, he’s not in danger.

Unfortunately for MediaTakeOut, repetition does not equal validation. The site conveniently omits those pesky little things called “specifics,” failing to say when or where this supposed confrontation occurred.

That’s because there is still zero truth to the claim that Bush discovered a relationship between Kardashian and West, and zero truth to a dust-up between Bush and West.

It looks like MediaTakeOut needs some help “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

Getting traction today is MediaTakeOut.com’s “confirmed” contention that Kim Kardashian cheated on Reggie Bush with Kanye West.

“You’ve been hearing that Kim and Reggie broke up because she was pressuring him to get married,” claims the site known widely as MediaFakeOut. “Well that WASN’T IT!!!”

The site uses an “EXTREMELY RELIABLE insider” who alleges Bush found instant messages from West on Kardashian’s laptop and came to discover “that Kanye and Kim were GETTING IT POPPIN for many months – ALL BEHIND REGGIE’S BACK!!”

MediaTakeOut loves exclamation points almost as much as it loves “RELIABLE” insiders, completely absurd “news” about members of the Kardashian family, and reckless coverage of West.

It has less love for accuracy.

Kardashian tells Gossip Cop exclusively the Kanye West rumor is “absolutely false.”

Another source close to the reality star was less polite, calling the MTO report “bulls**t.”

Gossip Cop wishes outlets would check into such off-the-mark allegations before repeating them.

Last month, MediaTakeOut.com scooped the world with the “exclusive” news that Beyonce is pregnant.

And the site was completely wrong.

Ah, but “Media Fake Out” doesn’t give up so easily.

Hence, posts both yesterday and today showing photos of the superstar with husband Jay-Z and hinting (again) at a pregnancy it refuses to admit doesn’t exist.

“Gee… we wonder why Beyonce is so self conscious about her belly,” MediaTakeOut wrote yesterday, above pictures showing her touching her jacket. “We’ve NEVER seen her try and hide her belly before. Hmmm…”

Hmmm… Gossip Cop is pretty sure we’ve seen non-pregnant women put their hands in the vicinity of their abdomens before.

MediaTakeOut offers even more startling “evidence” that a baby’s on board today, with photos of Beyonce not just carrying a bag in front of her, but also (gulp!) wearing flats!

Yes, it’s another MTO universal truth: If a woman is wearing flats, she must be pregnant.

At least that’s what the site would like you to believe.

Gossip Cop has a different “take.”

The rumor mongers over at MediaTakeOut.com have another doozy, fresh off of yesterday’s “exclusive”-ly WRONG announcement that Beyonce is pregnant, which Gossip Cop was first to bust.

Now the site’s “sources” claim Robert Kardashian and Angela Simmons are getting a reality show.

“You could see this coming a MILE AWAY,” declares the same outlet that once bizarrely insisted Robert’s sister Khloe‘s marriage to Lamar Odom was a “switcheroo” conspiracy to publicize nuptials between Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick.

The site reports Kardashian’s mother “has been pitching the idea through Ryan Seacrest‘s production company,” and E! executives are “very interested” in picking it up.

What’s more, a MediaTakeOut “insider” claims Kardashian’s relationship with Simmons is “100 percent staged.”

Well, MTO’s story is 100 percent false.

A source close to the Kardashians told Gossip Cop the show rumors are “not true.” As to whether Kardashian and Simmons are dating, we’re informed that they’re “just friends.”

Oh, baby.

“MediaTakeOut.com just learned from a ROCK SOLID source that legendary singer Beyonce and her hip hop mogul husband Jay Z are expecting their first child together,” shouts the sloppy site.

No, they aren’t.

“Media Fake Out,” as it’s known, says of Beyonce’s supposed pregnancy, “It’s been a long time waiting… but now it’s finally happened.”

No, it hasn’t.

“You will probably see other news sources pick up on this in coming days,” continues MediaTakeOut, “But when you do — don’t forget where you saw it first.”

Oh, we won’t.

Because we’re going to call out MediaTakeOut.com by name right now… as being completely wrong.

A source close to Beyonce tells Gossip Cop she is not pregnant.

Given MediaTakeOut’s dreadful track record, we have no reason to think otherwise.

Why do Gossip Cop‘s eyes get wide every time MediaTakeOut.com cites an “insider”? Well, the site has given us so many fascinating scoops in the past – that Cassie was pregnant with Diddy‘s baby, that Usher was converting to Judaism, etc. – we just know it’s going to be a great exclusive.

Today an “extremely reliable source” tells the site New Orleans Saint Reggie Bush was “visibly upset” with the amount of attention girlfriend Kim Kardashian received after his team won the Super Bowl in Miami last night.

“Everyone wanted to talk to Kim and not to Reggie,” claims the “insider.” “And when they talked to Reggie, they just wanted to talk about Kim.”

Uh huh.

(Would this be a good time to note that MediaTakeOut once touted a “world exclusive” that Kim’s sister Kourtney would be getting married instead of her other sister, Khloe, in a bizarre wedding “switcheroo” conspiracy? You know, one that never actually took place?)

As for this latest rumor, a rep for Kardashian told Gossip Cop it’s “ridiculous.”

Yesterday, we told you that MediaTakeOut — or MediaFakeOut, as some prefer to call it — was reporting that Sean “Diddy” Combs was going to get married last night. We also told you that story was 100 percent wrong. 

Happy New Year — Diddy did NOT get married!

The mogul even Tweeted early this morning, “No I didn’t get married !!!!! Pls stop asking!!!“

He’s not even engaged. 

Frankly, we hear he’s really annoyed by the inaccurate story.

We hope MediaFakeOut resolves to fact-check a little better in 2010.

We thought we would quietly make it through the end of 2009 without another MediaTakeOut mess up.

But no!

The blog that still hasn’t learned how to undo the CAPS keys on its computers proclaims today, “SECRET WEDDING!!! IT’S FINALLY HAPPENING . . . DIDDY MAY FINALLY BE MARRYING KIM PORTER . . . AT MIDNIGHT TONIGHT!!!!”

Apparently, it’s such a “secret wedding,” not even Diddy know about it!

Nevertheless, the blog states that one of its “snitches” says, “celebs are FLOCKING to St. Barts… for Diddy and Kim Porter’s wedding.”

Did it every occur to them that all the stars go there every New Year’s?!

To set it straight, Diddy is NOT get married, and if you don’t believe us, here’s what he says: “I’m sorry to announce I’m not getting married tonight!!! Stop blogs stop! By the time I do decide to get married no one is gonna believe me!”

“MediaTakeOut.com just RECEIVED WORD – Khloe Kardashian IS PREGNANT!!!” the site declares, adding, “Word is that she’ll be making an announcement about it VERY shortly!!!”

Gossip Cop is intrigued by this “word,” and hopeful that someone passes it along to Kardashian.

Because, um, she doesn’t agree with the whole “pregnant” thing.

Her representative tells Gossip Cop the “knocked up” “world exclusive” is (surprise) “not true.”

Maybe someone should explain to MediaTakeOut that facts tend to be more useful than exclamation points.

Tiger Woods released a statement today about the “embarrassing” crash for which he said he was “responsible,” and  called rumors about his marriage “unfounded and malicious.”

Here are excerpts from his statement:

“As you all know, I had a single-car accident earlier this week…This situation is my fault, and it’s obviously embarrassing to my family and me. I’m human and I’m not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn’t happen again.”

He also addressed the rumors. Woods stated, “Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible. The only person responsible for the accident is me.”

And he praised his wife. According to Woods, “My wife, Elin, acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. She was the first person to help me. Any other assertion is absolutely false…this incident has been stressful and very difficult for Elin, our family and me. I appreciate all the concern and well wishes that we have received. But, I would also ask for some understanding that my family and I deserve some privacy no matter how intrusive some people can be.”

Florida highway patrol troopers were slated to speak with Woods today sometime after 3 p.m. EST to discuss the events surrounding his crash. But Woods canceled and seemingly released the above statement instead.

As background, troopers arrived at Wood’s home yesterday to question the golf star about the incident that took place in the early morning hours on Friday, but we’re told the couple was not available to discuss it until today. And that, as noted, had changed too.

Originally, state troopers had wanted to speak with Woods on Friday but his wife said he was sleeping.

Although Woods only had to show his license, registration and proof of insurance, and wasn’t required to give a statement, a spokeswoman for the state troopers called it “very unusual” not to give one.

The spokeswoman added, “All we’re trying to do is get his side of the story.”

Here is a recap of the facts and rumors from the past few days:

Woods crashed his car into a fire hydrant and tree early Friday morning.

It was claimed this week that Woods had an affair with a woman named Rachel Uchitel.

The National Enquirer‘s tawdry Tiger claims attracted mammoth attention even before Friday morning’s events, and were picked up immediately by the gossip (and sports) blogs. There were the obligatory offhand disclaimers that the Enquirer can be wrong about these things, but it was a salacious story about the world’s most famous athlete. Of course it got play.

Then Woods got into his accident. The circumstances were murky, his wife Elin Nordegren was on the scene, the sustained injuries minor… but the gossip implications major.

TMZ reported Woods’ injuries resulted not from the collision, but from an attack by Nordegren, who “scratched his face” before striking his Escalade several times – with a golf club – as he drove away. The site cites a conversation Woods had Friday “with a non-law enforcement type.”

The image of the world’s greatest golfer being chased down by an angry wife brandishing a club became irresistible to blogs and rumor mills.

The story then exploded on the extended holiday weekend. As of now it Woods’ words versus conjecture and innuendo.

Whoa! MediaTakeOut – or MediaFakeOut as some call it – ran with a screaming headline, “Explosive Allegation: Jay Z‘s Former Friend Suggests That [he] Engaged in Homosexual Acts!!!”

According to MediaTakeOut, which also posted a videotaped rant from the past pal, rapper Jaz O, “Jay’s former friend appears to be saying that Jay is involved in some kind of GAY SECRET SOCIETY.”

Because Gossip Cop doesn’t print expletives, we can’t really publish too much of what Jaz O said, but we will report that he also used the ever classy hand signal of sticking his right index finger into his rounded left hand, and noted Jay-Z’s “involved in that play.”

Additionally, Jaz O makes some sort of other nonsensical claim that Jay Z lets people “feel him up.”

Forget how outrageous the allegations are about the man who put a ring on it with Beyonce. We’re sure legal types will address that.

The question is why did MediaTakeOut even publish this story and post the video? Unfortunately, we don’t know because our request for a comment from MediaTakeOut went unanswered.

But we know exactly how Russell Simmons feels about it. Simmons, the legendary founder of Def Jam – the label that Jay Z ran – told Gossip Cop the story is “bad reporting. So stupid.” He added, “That’s ridiculous. Misery loves company,” and felt “it’s sad people writing sad stuff for short-term relief, but then that again promotes long-term sadness.”

The allegations, the reporting – all truly sad (and wrong).

MediaTakeOut seems to have a very fertile imagination. The hit or miss site, this time shot blanks with a story that screamed, “MARY J BLIGE PREGNANT???? NEW PHOTOS APPEAR TO SHOW A SLIGHT BUMP!!!”

The site goes on to caption its photos with, “Now y’all know that Mary usually wears tight fitting stuff… we’re putting her on PREGGO WATCH!!!”

Well, despite what they think they see in the photos of Blige with her husband Kendu Isaacs, a music executive, they can take her off “Preggo Watch,” because there isn’t a “slight” bit of truth to the story. Blige’s rep tells Gossip Cop that baby talk is “not true.”

Looks like MediaTakeOut is out of the loop again.

In a piece headlined in all caps, the site claims “BEY’S TELL ALL!!! BEYONCE AGREES TO GO ON OPRAH … DISCUSS HER PARENTS MARRIAGE … AND WHY SHE AND KELLY DON’T SPEAK!!!”

“If you though (sic) Oprah’s interview with Whitney Houston was big — get ready for this one,” reports MediaTakeOut, which claims it has “just learned that Beyonce Knowles has agreed to sit down for an hour-long interview with Oprah.”

“According to an EXTREMELY reliable source,” says the site, “Beyonce has agreed to talk about EVERYTHING.”

Everything? Like what? Well, MediaTakeOut’s “EXTREMELY reliable” source says, “Beyonce will talk about her parents relationship – including her father’s other [alleged] women. And that she’ll talk about what really happened with Destiny’s Child – including why she and Kelly Rowland barely talk anymore.”

How about Jay-Z?

“She won’t get to in depth about her [marriage] to Jay Z,” says the “EXTREMELY reliable” source, “But she will discuss their plans for children.”

That’s incredible, except for one teensy weensy detail – the “EXTREMELY reliable” source is EXTREMELY wrong.

Beyonce’s rep tells Gossip Cop, “Beyonce is not booked for Oprah.” Oops.

Oy, this story is completely meshugah.  And excuse us if there are typos, but we’re laughing so hard it’s tough to write. According to MediaTakeOut.com, “R&B SINGER USHER PULLS A SAMMY DAVIS JR … LOOKS TO HAVE CONVERTED TO JUDAISM!!!”

So has Usher been meeting with rabbis? Going to synagogue? Learning Hebrew? No.

MediaTakeOut’s proof that he’s converting is nothing more than him wearing a red string, which is sometimes done by people who follow Kabbalah, a mystical branch of Judaism.

One problem – among many here – is that Usher isn’t even into Kabbalah. He’s just wearing a red string. That’s all.

When Gossip Cop finally finished laughing, we asked his rep about MediaTakeOut’s big scoop. According to his spokeswoman, who first screamed, “What?!” Usher “is not converting to Judaism.” She went on to say, “This is not a Kabbalah string. He wears lots of different bands.”

Speaking of bands… Damn, we were so psyched for his bar mitzvah!

MediaTakeOut.com is announcing a “world exclusive” about Sunday’s Kardashian family nuptials, and we have to hand it to them - it wins a LOT of points for creativity.

“Word is that Sunday’s Khloe-Lamar Odom wedding isn’t real at all,” the site reports breathlessly. ”According to one of our ULTRA-RELIABLE insiders,” says the site, “it’s actually Kourtney and her baby’s father Scott Disick that are getting married.”

Say what?

MediaTakeOut.com claims, “The whole Khloe-Lamar thing is just an excuse to get publicity for Kourtney’s wedding. Ain’t that some MESS!!!”

Let’s get this straight. Khloe Kardashian’s wedding to Lamar Odom is one giant publicity stunt? And her pregnant sister is getting married instead?

No, that’s a mess. A rep for Khloe tells Gossip Cop “Not true. Khloe is getting married on Sunday.” Darn. For a split second, we’d hoped MediaTakeOut.com was right, because we could have knocked out the baby/wedding gift all at once!

There’s no doubt Kanye West doesn’t make good decisions (SEE Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech AND “A Concert for Hurricane Relief”), but contemplating suicide is not among them.

Still, the site Media Take Out claims, “SUICIDE WATCH!!! PERSON CLOSE TO KANYE WEST FEARS THAT HE MAY HURT HIMSELF!!!” The blog goes on to report “that Kanye West may do something rash.” Rasher than interrupting a young woman’s acceptance speech after winning her first trophy at the MTV Video Music Awards?

Media Take Out further notes, “According to the individual, who is a fairly close acquaintance of Kanye, since the incident, Ye’s fallen into a deep depression and people close to him are worrying about it.” Don’t want to be nitpicky about something so serious, but the worrying should have begun with his obnoxious outburst, not with his reaction to the negative press.

On the heels of MediaTakeOut.com posting a story headlined, “MTO World Exclusive!!! Jennifer Lopez Actively Negotiating To Replace Paula on American Idol!!!,” legitimate news outlets like Access Hollywood and TMZ have been calling Lopez’s people to see if it’s true.

Gossip Cop can confirm that Lopez is NOT—again, NOT—negotiating to take over for Abdul. It’s no truer now than it was two weeks ago when these rumors were first floated.

Her rep tells Gossip Cop exclusively, “Jennifer is a huge fan of the show, and will continue to watch, but she is not going to replace Paula Abdul. She just finished ‘The Back-Up Plan’ for CBS Films, which will come out in the middle of January, and she’s completing an album that will also come out then. And she has other movies on the horizon.”

So we guess you could say, “Lopez . . . out!”
