Given the Enquirer’s history with the couple, this is hilarious.

Because last year, the tabloid told everyone that Aguilera gained 25 pounds because Rutler was supposedly a “chubby chaser.”

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Christina Aguilera and her boyfriend Matthew Rutler were arrested on March 1.

The singer was originally picked up for public intoxication while her man was busted for allegedly driving under the influence.

Ultimately, no charges were leveled against Aguilera, though law enforcement officials, at the time, said she was “extremely intoxicated.”

Now, it seems Rutler has also caught a lucky bounce.
