John Travolta and his attorney Marty Singer are being sued by Robert Randolph, who claims they have hurt his book sales by attempting to discredit him.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Randolph self-published You’ll Never Spa in This Town Again in 2010, claiming he witnessed the actor engage in sex acts with men at various spas.

In a legal letter obtained by Gossip Cop, Travolta’s lawyer blasted the book as “blatant defamatory lies.”

Now Randolph is firing back, suing Travolta and Singer for unspecified damages, claiming the two purposefully lied in order to persuade potential readers not to purchase the book.

John Travolta is in the clear.

A little more than a week ago, two unnamed message therapists accused the actor of sexual battery in a lawsuit, and now both men have dismissed their claims.

On Thursday, John Doe #2 asked that his suit be dropped after having accused Travola of sexual misconduct in an Atlanta hotel.

Jonathan Jaxson, who says he was Kim Kardashian‘s publicist from 2007 to 2009, told “Good Day L.A.” on Friday that her 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries “was staged,” adding, “There were contracts already in place for E! to film it.”

He reiterated, “The whole show itself was staged to a T… Everything was written down.”

Kardashian herself has denied her wedding was a sham, writing on her blog two weeks ago, “I married for love.”

Now we hear Kardashian’s legal team is looking to go after Jaxson.

In the blistering missive, obtained by Gossip Cop, Travolta’s attorney, Marty Singer, calls out the site posting “false and outrageous” claims made by Robert Randolph, whose salacious stories Gawker ran in a post called “The Secret Sex Life of John Travolta.”
