Tonight, Grigorieva and lawyer Martin Garbus appeared on “Larry King Live” to give her first television interview.

Oksana Grigorieva will reportedly sue Mel Gibson for battery, emotional distress and defamation.

The embattled actor-director’s estranged wife has hired high-powered attorneys Martin Garbus and Daniel Horowitz to represent her, according to TMZ.
