Contraband, the new Mark Wahlberg crime movie, is expected to win the box office for the extended Martin Luther King Day Weekend.

With an estimated $30 million haul, Contraband would edge Beauty and the Beast 3D, the Disney re-release, which is tracking toward $26 million for its own opening.

Meanwhile, the Queen Latifah-Dolly Parton release Joyful Noise is battling it out with Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol for third place.

The 120-seat burger joint is scheduled to open across from the siblings’ Italian restaurant in the Shipyard in Hingham, MA.

There are also plans for a pizza place.

Estella Warren allegedly drove into three cars, kicked a cop and then escaped from the police station, according to a report.

The model-actress is said to have been arrested for DUI after plowing her Toyota Prius into three parked vehicles on Monday night in Los Angeles.

Warren resisted arrest and allegedly kicked a police officer before being taken for booking at a nearby station.

She then somehow escaped her handcuffs and ran from the facility before being recaptured.
