Mark Salling spoke about the sexual battery lawsuit leveled against him while on the red carpet before Sunday’s Screen Actors Guild Awards.

As Gossip Cop reported earlier this month, an alleged former flame of the “Glee” star is suing the actor, claiming he forced her to have sex without a condom, and later pushed her to the ground when she confronted him about the incident.

Speaking with Ross Matthews during E!’s SAG Awards pre-show, Salling said, “You hear about fraudulent lawsuits all the time, [but] ’til it happens to you, you really don’t grasp what it does not to just you but your family.”

Mark Salling is reportedly being sued for sexual battery by his alleged former girlfriend.

The “Glee” star is accused of forcing Roxanne Gorzela to have sex without a condom despite her protestations during intimate relations in March of 2011.

The uproar over GQ’s photo spread featuring “Glee” stars Lea Michele and Dianna Agron continues, and now the show’s cast is responding.

In the controversial pictures, Michele and Agron, both 24 in real life, are shown romping around a high school without much clothing.

Yesterday the Parents Television Council slammed the shoot, claiming it “borders on pedophilia.”

Now Agron and co-star Mark Salling have answered the critics.
