A grand jury has indicted Nancy Kerrigan’s brother for manslaughter after an alleged scuffle with his father led to the elder Kerrigan’s death.

Mark Kerrigan reportedly assaulted father Daniel Kerrigan at their home in Massachusetts back in January.

The two Kerrigans allegedly physically struggled over use of the telephone immediately before Daniel died. The medical examiner in Middlesex named cardiac dysrhythmia the cause of Daniel Kerrigan’s death.

Mark Kerrigan has pled not guilty to assault charges.

Nancy Kerrigan’s brother, accused of struggling with father Daniel Kerrigan moments before the elder Kerrigan died, cried during his arraignment in Woburn District Court.
