Charlie Sheen will reportedly seek full custody of his twins boys as Brooke Mueller is said to be back in rehab.

Sheen’s lawyer, Mark Gross, is going to court tomorrow in an attempt to strip Mueller of both legal and physical custody on the grounds that she has relapsed, according to TMZ.
