The National Enquirer is not backing down from its claim that Macaulay Culkin is a heroin addict with six months to live.

As Gossip Cop reported, the tabloid’s current issue alleges the actor’s “hopelessly hooked” on drugs, with friends supposedly fearing “he’ll overdose or his heart will explode.”

Culkin’s rep blasted the Enquirer for its claims.

But the Enquirer is now not only insisting its article is accurate, it’s also challenging Culkin to prove his sobriety with a drug test.

In a gruesome and despicable cover story, the National Enquirer claims Macaulay Culkin is a heroin addict with six months to live.

The tabloid alleges that Culkin is “hopelessly hooked” on heroin and cites “several eyewitnesses” who say they’ve seen him “use a deadly mix of potent prescription drugs.”

These Enquirer sources claim “stone-cold street junkie” Culkin “regularly shoots up heroin” and “nearly overdosed” several months ago.

The mag says the ‘Friends With Benefits’ co-stars’ attempt to laugh off romance rumors by groping each other onstage at the June 5 MTV Movie Awards fooled no one, and the move “only put Justin and Mila’s steamy chemistry front and center.” Really?

“Christian Bale isn’t quite the devoted spouse he seems to be,” says Star magazine.

According to the tab, even though Bale’s been publicly thanking his wife, Sandra Blazic, when winning awards for his work in “The Fighter,” he’s been acting like a cad “while hitting the party scene.”

“His boorish behavior,” writes Star, “even earned a sharp rebuke from film mogul Harvey Weinstein after Christian pawed at his female friend during the Weinstein Company’s Jan. 30 Sag Awards after party.” Really?
