“Hard-partying actress Lucy Hale and her on-again, off-again boy toy, Chris Zylka, are back on,” reports Star magazine.

The tabloid claims the pair was spotted “canoodling” at a Teen Vogue party last month, after Zylka revealed their split on Twitter with some candid comments for which he later apologized.

A Star source claims Hale and Zylka “were holding hands and totally joined at the hip” at the soiree.

Chris Zylka is apologizing for slamming ex-girlfriend Lucy Hale, hours after he suggested they split because “she decided she was too good.”

As Gossip Cop previously reported, the Amazing Spider-Man actor was responding to a fan on Twitter, who asked about his “perfect” girlfriend.

Following his passive-aggressive response, Zylka stood by his comment, saying, “If you all even knew :(… Never any disrespect towards anyone. Only if you say what you say you should stick to it. If you say you love then love.”

But it seems he has since had a change of heart.
