With the November 18 premiere date of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 coming up, the gossip mill is going to go into overdrive with speculation about stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.

In Touch magazine leaps into the fray this week, claiming that the real-life couple wants to mark the on-screen wedding of their characters “with an engagement of their own!”

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have “entered couples counseling,” according to In Touch magazine, the same outlet that has spread rumors about romantic threats to their relationship posed by interlopers including (deep breath) Lucie Jones, Reese Witherspoon, Anna Kendrick and Tom Sturridge.

In any case, the tabloid claims Pattinson and Stewart have started to see a therapist because he is “more serious about the relationship,” and wants her to “get on the same page.”

Is there something in the water that’s making tabloids recycle some of the most ridiculous Robert Pattinson rumors we’ve heard almost a year after they were debunked?

The National Enquirer recently published an article suggesting romance between Pattinson and his agent, Stephanie Ritz, a bit of silliness we discredited back in December 2009.

Now the gang over at In Touch is trying to resuscitate the dead rumor that former “X Factor” contestant Lucie Jones is making Pattinson’s girlfriend, Kristen Stewart, nervous.
