Dr. Conrad Murray has been placed on suicide watch,” reports RadarOnline, picking up on a story from the Los Angeles Times which says the former doctor is being closely monitored so that he doesn’t attempt to take his own life in jail.

The site says the staff at the L.A. County Men’s Jail “were told to ensure Murray does not try to take his own life” in the first few days of his incarceration.

He said he told Maria Shriver about his cheating only after he left the governor’s mansion. In a statement, Schwarzenegger said: “I understand and deserve the feelings of anger and disappointment among my friends and family. There are no excuses and I take full responsibility for the hurt I have caused. I have apologized to Maria, my children and my family. I am truly sorry.”

“It’s just silly because I’m a very present person, and that’s the thing that has been so in the past,” says the actress. “The fact that somebody keeps bringing up the past is just selfish.”

Perez Hilton and a number of other outlets rushed to post a rumor (originating on a Los Angeles Times blog) that claimed that Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson are primed to reunite for a movie called ‘El Presidente.’

The film supposedly involves Cruise as a Secret Service agent assigned to protect an ex-president played by Nicholson.

Cruise and Nicholson, of course, shared some famously tense courtroom moments in 1992′s military drama ‘A Few Good Men.’
