Leonardo DiCaprio’s restraining order against allegedly delusional fan Livia Bistriceanu has been made permanent.

The obsessed Chicago woman must stay at least 100 yards away from DiCaprio, his home, his workplace and his vehicle for the next three years.

A judge with the Los Angeles Superior Court modified what had been a temporary order, won last month by the Inception star.

Leonardo DiCaprio was granted a restraining order this week against a Chicago woman he alleges is a “delusional” stalker who claims she is married to the actor and carrying his baby.

In a court declaration, the actor said Livia Bistriceanu “maintains a delusional belief that she is my wife and carrying my child, Jesus.”
