“Dancing With the Stars” judge Carrie Ann Inaba got a very special surprise while subbing for Kelly Ripa on “LIVE! with Regis and Kelly” this morning – a wedding proposal! In a last moments of the show, Regis pretended to answer an audience member’s question about how best to propose to his girlfriend, when all of a sudden, Inaba’s boyfriend Jesse Sloan showed up with a diamond sparkler.
