Following an emergency meeting in her chambers earlier today, Judge Marsha Revel issued an arrest warrant  for Lindsay Lohan because of an alleged violation of the actress’s bail conditions.

Reportedly, Lohan’s alcohol monitoring bracelet was triggered on Sunday night.

In fact, a source in the D.A. office told Gossip Cop that the meeting was being held because of an “alleged violation with alcohol use.”

“At this time, the court finds she was in violation of the conditions of her bail,” Judge Revel later determined after meeting with prosecutor Danette Meyers and Lohan’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley.

But Lohan vehemently denies violating the conditions.

The “Mean Girls” star tells Gossip Cop exclusively, “It’s just so untrue and unfair. I haven’t touched any alcohol or anything of the sort.”

Lohan remains free on bail, and is set to appear in court again on July 6.

The war of words is escalating between Dr. Drew and Lindsay Lohan.

The first shot was fired a little more than a week ago when Dr. Drew told RadarOnline, “If she were my daughter, I would pack her car full with illegal substances, send her on her way, call the police, and make sure she was arrested. I would make sure she was not allowed to get out of jail. I would then go to the judge and make sure she was ordered to a minimum of a three year sobriety program.”

At the time, Lohan responded by telling Gossip Cop exclusively: “He’s a quack and a sell-out… Please tell him to stop!”

She went on to deny she’s out of control, stating, “I’m fine.”

There was, however, a tremendous reaction to Dr. Drew suggesting he would plant drugs on Lohan – a woman he doesn’t even treat – in order to have her arrested (and ultimately treated).

Today, Dr. Drew took to the Huffington Post to revisit the subject of Lohan.

Dr. Drew maintained, “When I was asked as a father, if I were in Michael Lohan’s position, what would I do to help my daughter, I am clear that I would go to any lengths to get her to and retain her in treatment. Bringing legal consequences to bear is often the only alternative.”

He added, “If I was in his position and I knew she was addicted (which I personally do not) and all else had failed, I suspect I would contemplate even this as a last resort.”

“I am not suggesting this as a routine intervention but we frequently enlist law enforcement when we have exhausted other measures,” clarified Dr. Drew, who pointed out that during the first season of “Sober House,” the police had to be called in to take one of its residents, former Guns N’ Roses drummer Steven Adler.

Of course, in that instance, no one planted drugs on Adler.

Nevertheless, Dr. Drew reiterated toward the end of his post today, “I do not know Lindsay Lohan but I sincerely wish her the best… I hope one day she returns to her recovery as I believe she will one day thrive, provided that this disease does not first bring some horrible consequences down upon her.”

When Gossip Cop reached out to Lohan for a comment regarding the latest remarks by Dr. Drew, the actress tersely responded, “He’s such a loser… He’s not a real doctor, he’s a celebrity doctor.”

Gossip Cop sincerely hopes there’s a healthy resolution.

In exclusive statements to Gossip Cop, Lohan reacted: “He’s a quack and a sell-out… Please tell him to stop!”

Lohan went on to claim she’s not out of control. “I’m fine,” said the actress, “I don’t get what’s wrong with people.”

Gossip Cop would like to know, do you think Lohan needs help or that she’s “fine,” as she says?

Under the headline of an article titled, “Lindsay Lohan Denies getting Lip Injections,” UsMagazine.com breathlessly reports that “After blogs pointed to a cut on her lip and speculated that she’d had a filler injected to puff out her pucker, the actress, 23, posted a photo of herself on Twitter, and wrote, ‘See! my lips are just as they’ve always been : ) lol-it’s nuts that i feel the need to give proof!’”

Wait, are they saying the picture she posted on Twitter a few days ago was because of a rumor about lip injections?

Really?

Us then quotes another tweet of hers that says, ”Why are all of my friends asking me if I have a cut on my lip? Lol coz I don’t.”

Time for Gossip Cop.

Lohan was NOT talking about any rumored “lips injections,” as Us Weekly reported and was then repeated by the Lemming-like Perez Hilton, who similarly noted, ”Lindsay Lohan wants to set the record straight: she is not a hoarder she did not get lip injections.”

Instead, Lohan was referring to an inaccurate story about how Samantha Ronson allegedly “beat up Lindsay,” leaving her with a cut lip. 

And Gossip Cop corrected that  tale a few days ago, even getting an exclusive comment from Lohan that “none of that [being punched] is true.”

And neither are the UsMagazine and Perez stories true either.

X17Online claims, “It’s WAR – Samantha vs. Lindsay.”

The site, which has embarrassingly reported one inaccuracy after another — including fabricated tales about Lindsay Lohan “stalking” Samantha Ronson and “hookups” with John Mayer and model Petey Wright – may have sunk to a new low.

The blog began a new post stating, “We were wondering what started the rift between former lovers Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson, and sources tell X17online exclusively that it was Sam who threw the first punch – literally!”

What?!

They’re claiming Ronson hit Lohan?!

According to X17Online, on Wednesday “Lindsay had Samantha kicked off the turntables at the Tea Room, and a source reveals exclusively to X17online that Lindsay was out for revenge because Sam allegedly injured Lindsay’s lip the night before!”

The site even stated that a supposed friend of Lohan’s tweeted to a fan “about the fight confirming that Sam did in fact ‘beat up Lindsay.’”

Gossip Cop is going to stop this right here.

First, even Ronson says the X17 account is ridiculous. As to the blog’s assertion that “Lindsay had Samantha kicked off the turntables at the Tea Room,” the celebrated deejay told the radio station AMP 97.1, ”I wasn’t even really spinning.” 

And more importantly, Lohan tells Gossip Cop exclusively, “None of that is true.”

She has even turned to Twitter to post a picture, proving that her lip is fine.

Once again, the only thing hurt is the credibility of X17Online, which keeps giving legitimate journalism a fat lip.

Sometimes even the best media outlets have the occasional spotty source. Yesterday, the WORLD picked up (and repeated) an item that was, perhaps, a little bit off.

According to a People magazine source, Lindsay Lohan went with “Brothers & Sisters” star Balthazar Getty to the West Hollywood hotspot “Voyeur,” where “the pair were all over each other at a table in the front of the room.”

Well, Gossip Cop spoke to Lohan last night in New York about the alleged incident and a few other topics. Lohan told Gossip Cop exclusively that talk of a hookup with Getty is absolutely “not true.” In fact, she said they had just “met for the first time.” And if it really happened, she questioned, “Where are the pictures?”

Equally significant, Lohan sweetly said, “You think I would do that to Sam [Ronson]? I love her.”

Moving on to a less lovely subject, Gossip Cop asked if was true that she was seeking a restraining order against her dad Michael Lohan. Lohan confirmed to Gossip Cop that she is, but added, “I’m going to do it in LA” because she’s less afraid of him in New York than in LA, where, we’re told, he unexpectedly showed up to her house.

There you go — straight from Lohan’s mouth.
