“Lindsay Lohan wants a baby,” reads the headline of an In Touch story, which was picked up by a number of outlets.

According to In Touch, Lohan is “determined to stay sober and thinks the best way for her to achieve that goal is to get pregnant.”

A “pal” claims Lohan believes “having a baby could straighten out her life.” True?

Lindsay Lohan wants everyone to know she’s no baby.

The actress filed a lawsuit on Monday in Nassau County Supreme Court in New York over a commercial E-Trade debuted during the Super Bowl that features a “milkaholic” tot named “Lindsay.” In the advertisement, a baby boy is video chatting with his girlfriend and apologizes for not calling her the previous night. “And that milkaholic Lindsay wasn’t over?” she asks, prompting a baby girl to lean into the frame and exclaim, “Milk-a-what?”

Lohan claims the slurry, home wrecking baby is modeled on her.
