This latest incident took place on Friday afternoon, when the California Highway Patrol pulled the rapper over for making an unsafe lane change.

According to the tabloid, Bieber had a “night of debauchery” and “drug-fueled” hookup with Jenson on December 21, cheating on Gomez and triggering their split.
