Because everyone else – including the police in Suffolk Couty, New York – seems to think Lindsay Lohan’s troublemaking father WAS arrested for criminal contempt of court, after allegedly violating an order of protection filed for his ex-girlfriend, Erin Muller.

Courtney Love has lost legal control of her daughter, Frances Bean Cobain. A court has appointed two legal guardians to care for the 17-year-old daughter of Love and Kurt Cobain. They guardians are Wendy O’Connor (Kurt Cobain’s mother) and Kimberly Dawn Cobain (his sister).
