Larry King ended his 25-year run on CNN tonight, broadcasting a final “Larry King Live” that included a lineup of well wishers ranging from Ryan Seacrest to Donald Trump.
While the time slot will be taken over by Piers Morgan, no one can ever really fill King’s suspenders.

CNN made the announcement on Wednesday.

One of television’s worst-kept secrets for months, the transition to Morgan after King ends his “Larry King Live” run will occur in January, says the network.

According to CNN, the primetime show will be a “candid, in-depth newsmaker interview program.”

Ryan Seacrest is reportedly plotting to relaunch Larry King’s radio career.

Budding media mogul Seacrest is talking to the outgoing CNN host, an old pal, about producing and distributing a new syndicated radio show hosted by King, according to TMZ.

King worked in radio over several decades.

Oksana Grigorieva has reportedly hired former ABC News correspondent Mary Fulginiti in her legal battles against Mel Gibson.

Fulginiti is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney who worked as a “20/20″ reporter and guested frequently on “Larry King Live” and other shows.
